I've visited several Home Depot Stores over the years. Often your're in the midst of repair tasks that can prove taxing. It really helps to have nice people like those at your store make it more relaxing, by being helpful and cordial experience. All the Employees were personable, and knowledgeable. Wish all stores practiced this type courtesy. And going 'A Step Beyond.' Thanks, SS.

The folks in the flooring department are very knowledgeable and expedite the request for a flooring quote, to the measurement process and the finalization of the purchase of materials and labor needed. Will make comment about installation process in the future once installation will be done. Highly recommend this store.

During hurricane Harvey the employees made sure that customers received sand bags promptly and although some customers were testy the workers kept a good attitude. The store had a good inventory of emergency supplies that were in the aisles for quick shopping. This Home Depot did everything right during this horrific event!

If what you require isn't stocked...the staff constantly and continually give you a "song & dance", not helpful...simply infuriatingly patronizing.

Bennett helped me find moving supplies and amber was super friendly checking me out and it was an extremely hot day but didn't keep her from being cheery

They are always are very helpful with heavy items and products on upper shelves. All the employees have a cheerful and positive attitude.

The employee Jacob Thompson is always so happy and such a hard working young man!! He is very smart for his young age! He helps everyone! He is in the lumber dept. Every time I am in there he is working so hard!

Generally, there is a knowledgeable employee working in the Garden Center. The other day I was not so fortunate. The employee had no idea what simple plants were so was unable to direct me to where they were. On the other hand, the lady at the checkout was most helpful, as was the employee who helped my husband at the time. So, two out three employees is not really a terrible score.

Home depot in Galveston is a customer oriented store that has associates coming up you to help you find what you are looking for. I did not need any assistance to find what I was looking for during this visit and was able to get to the item I wanted before someone could come and ask if I needed help.

The Galveston store is always well managed and clean. Every department we have used has helpful and friendly employees. On most of our visits to The Home Depot, we end up buying items which were not on the list. The garden department is wonderful!

I shop at this location frequently and am always pleased with the service and inventory. The paint department employees have gotten to know my face (I kind of have a paint obsession). Ms. Byrd and Lyda are always super helpful and knowledgeable on what I need. When I leave I always feel like I left a small business because of the friendly service I receive. This shows that management cares about their employees. Keep up the good work and thank you!

I shop this store frequently for material for my home projects.

My cashier was super friendly even considering it was sweltering hot outside in the garden area. Jacennette had a line of people and I thought I would be in line much longer than I was but she was fast and super friendly and even saw some of my items had a damaged goods discount which she applied to my purchase so I saved money !

I LIKE THE STORE AND THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL. WE HAVE A RENT HOUSE AND SOMEONE STOLE OUR GAS GRILL. I HAD TO RUSH TO GALVESTON TO GET A NEW ONE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WAS STRESSED AND ON THE VERGE OF TEARS. THEY MADE ME LAUGH AND GET BACK ON MY WAY. I WISH THAT THIS STORE WOULD HELP ME WITH MY RIGID TOOL WARRANTY BUT THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO DO SO. THE HUNTSVILLE STORE ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF IT FOR US. THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING ON MY WISH LIST FOR THIS STORE BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER.

The skinny white lady blondish color hair was rude and was not very helpful.
