Make me feel like a family, great store!

This store has really GREAT PEOPLE that work there! Very, very helpful and I believe they really care about their job and helping people as I have felt this when I recently purchased a tool and Gene in the Tool Department stood on his head to make sure I had everything I would need for the job. He went above and beyond to help me and I won’t forget it! Thank you

This store is always a disaster. Store is always filthy. Can barely navigate the aisles if god forbid you actually find what you went in to get. Was met with an incredibly sloppy rude employee that obviously was ignorant to the store he works for while telling me I was wrong and then said good luck and walked off. His coworkers then showed how I was in fact correct however it still took far too long for 4 pieces of wood because, again, the store is so filthy no one can find anything. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and frustration

Brenda did an AWESOME job helping me pick out my counter tops today. Professional, helpful among with a great smile.

Instead of them standing around the front watching us at the self serve checkouts, put them to work actually scanning items and helping customers!

5 1/2 hours for curbside pickup, still no word. Went in, sarcastic little girl with an attitude at desk.

We had a transaction that needed more work than a typical simple transaction. Bianca, was able to seamlessly take care of it quickly and efficiently. Bianca was friendly, personable and funny. Great experience!

There always at the Buffalo Road location someone there to assist you. There's this young African American man who works in the lumber dept, who know his stuff and very friendly and go out of his way to help you. He's very polite and pleasant to do business with. I am bad with name but he's look like he's in his early 20's. The young lady at the customer service area was a pleasure to deal with also.

Rude staff members. Our cashier Jai was slamming the items I was purchasing on the counter, and rolling her eyes. She had a terrible attitude while helping me find my item I was picking up.

The Returns cashier named Mary was what diminished the experience. She felt free to discriminate against me because I forgot a Mask. And spent more time on that than it took for another cashier to finally take care of my 1 item return after having to wait for another cashier to finish as she refused to serve me. Not what i would expect at a major retailer

Been shopping here for 21 years and it is always a good experience. Store is always clean and neat, employees always friendly and willing to help.

Good customer service

My dad asked a cashier MARY a question and when he walked away she called him creepy and rude. When I said “that’s my father” she changed her whole attitude.

I wanted to redo my living room and I brought in pictures on my phone and the employees were able to help me to pick out the right colors for my walls

I was given wrong information on my painting project resulting in wasted time and money stay away from home depot they put people to fill slots that dont know the products they are selling

Homedepot associates allows reach out to make sure you all set.

Came to buy a $3.99 can of spray foam entered my number for the military Discount. Employee came over punched in some numbers End result was no discount for military personnel. Take your business elsewhere

Compared to the Greece NY store, yes. A few years ago I had a Greece manager accuse me of forgery of my Veteran's card. Attempting to report it to Customer Service, but nobody wanted to listen. This store (Gates) has always been open to Vet's.

My issue is not with the internals of the store, it is with management allowing employees to smoke at the entrances, especially ones with Propane right by the door. This is coming from someone that is allergic to smoke and allergic to dying because someone needs to smoke near a propane tank that could explode. But hey I'm up for a good lawsuit

This is one of the best stores that I’ve been to . The service is excellent. Whether shopping in the store or getting curb side assistance. Great customer service as well

I would have to rate our shopping experience excellent, both my wife and I were greeted by two Home Depot associates. The store was clean, no obstacles in any of the aisles and every aisle was fully stocked. It was easy to find what we needed in the store, which we didn't need any assistance, (because we are regular shoppers and plus we knew where the large household appliances where located. We were able to get assistance fast without having to wait. The associate was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and let us know the delivery date and a time frame, very pleasant associate.

Worst experience I have every had. Purchased a washer and dryer and truck drivers arrived with an attitude. They were rude and would not hook up my dryer to the existing vent. Got very nasty with me and my wife. This will be my last appliance purchase with Home Depot. I have never been treated so rude. They told me it was my problem to hook up the appliances not theirs. Call Home Depot and have them come out they told me? They took the appliances back and slammed the truck door as they left. I went back to the store and got my money back. What a horrible experience. Lazy low life bunch of losers is all I can say. What king of drivers do you hire????
