The store always had items advertised on stock, the sales representatives are friendly and very helpful.

My husband and I have shopped in just about every department at this Home Depot location. The clerks are awesome. People will stop and ask you what you need or if they can help. Most of the time clerks just run so they don't have to help you. This store is one of the best I've ever shopped in.

Great store, very clean and well organized. Paint department lady is awesome and lots of friendly, helpful employees. Always great inventory in the garden department too!

Customer service Rep Rae & the other staff members made my shopping experience seamless! From the patient way Rae helped me in purchasing my patio furniture, to the kind staff member Nicole who showed me how to use the Home Depot app to look up what products they have in stock & also to the staff member who talked to me about assemblying my furniture for FREE! Rae also even helped me load it into my truck! I highly recommend this Home Depot!

Home depot 2324 Elson Green Avenue Virginia Beach in my opinion deploy a huge numbers of well trained people persons employees who has great concern toward customer. Each time I visit the store too shop they always greet you with professional language and a can do attitude. Supervision and personnel in the training department are during a super job on training their employees and should be recognize with some type of recognition. Please keep up the good work.

Consistently one of the best Home Depot stores I've ever shopped at, and I've shopped at many throughout my career. Helpful, friendly employees and a clean store will keep me coming back.

Stores associate very helpful and friendly

Honestly, the staff at this store are what bring me back again and again. Whereas the staff at Lowe's seem completely indifferent, the staff at this Home Depot are FABULOUS. Any time I shop here, I have no less than four or five staff members ask me if they can help me. And if I ever do need help, they are extremely knowledgeable and take as much time as is needed to help me. My only complaint about this store--and all stores that do this--is the self check outs! I go in this store and if there is one full-service check out, it's difficult to find with the sea of self checkouts. Customers aren't CATTLE, so stop trying to herd us through self checkout. It's incredibly insulting and sends a message to customers that only our money is important to the company. This is an issue that Home Depot corporate really screwed up, and rather than recognize that, they keep trying to force us to use them by removing all cashiers. And that's what's going to make me stop shopping at Home Depot--as it has made me stop shopping at other stores that do this. Take those out, and this is the PERFECT home improvement store.

A big thank you to Michelle and staff today for helping to refund the money we spent to replace a faulty key pad lock we had purchased nearly a year ago. They were very helpful to do a swap for a new lock and did so swiftly and we were on our way. Thank you! There were many folks there returning item and the return area was well staffed and all that were working were very helpful, friendly, and moving as quickly as they could to get us all what we needed and on our way.
