Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Shocked Cashier Erica in Garden was rude
Do not recommend going through the Garden Center cashier as long as Erica is working. You will get no eye contact, and from her cashier station, she'll just stick her hand out with your receipt without even looking at you. She has zero professionalism and provided terrible customer service. She should not be interacting with the public, if she continues like this. Home depot deserves to have better workers, more friendly, hire people that want to be friendly and want to work and be that face of home depot. If home depot doesn't change, I'm taking my business elsewhere and telling others to do so as well.

The employees assisted with product details and selections and I did not feel like an annoyance. They spent more time than I have ever received. They are very friendly and engaging which contributed to an awesome shopping experience. I walked out with everything needed in product and information.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Worst Home Depot I have ever been in.
The store is poorly stocked and the associates are no help at all. Compared to stores in Ellicott City, Eldersburg, and Frederick, this is by far the worse.

Shopping is shopping, you look for what you need, you might compare a few different items, and you wait in line to make your purchase as the store will not hire staff to man the checkout counters which they paid to install. I do not understand why stores do not remove at least half of their checkout counters as the space could be utilized to display items rather than be totally unused.
