I bought a dishwasher in good faith I paid for all the extras that they insisted I needed for installation. When the driver showed up he refused to try and shut off my water, he said he couldn't do it and he told me that the Cord was too Short for the job, he obviously did not want to install a dishwasher today I will never set foot in a home depot again thank you for nothing.

i will give this location an (A)

The "no contact" pick up service is efficiently managed. During this pandemic, I am grateful that this service is available.

All store associates are very helpful and knowledgeable and available in abundance all over the store.

I have been shopping at the Glendale home depot for 10 years mostly because of the customer service I receive there ( the Burbank one is closer to me) UNTIL OCT 8, I had a terrible interaction with one of your employees at the customer service desk, RITA (she refused to give me her name and I had to ask one of her coworkers for her name) she was incompetent, rude, condescending and accused me of lying about returning an item that I had purchased 7 days prior,

Look for Irma!!! Super helpful, kind, and answers all your questions. She is the definition of great customer service and really goes out of her way for her customers. Thank you!

Went to the Glendale Home Depot for a refund on a broken part. After four days I still don't have the refund showing in my Visa account.

Dont come here if you want to get loaded up with material. No employee in sight and take long to load some up. I waited 45 min. Worst homedepot I've been to

Home depot employees are usually the worst to ask for help in my experience. Always telling me to ask the “other guy” This particular day i went to get some paint. I had no idea what i needed. First, i asked tall gentleman in paint area but he was not friendly at all. I went to second person for help and KIM was the most courteous, kind and knowledgeable Person ever!! She explained to me step by step and not in hurry. thank you KIM and I wish home depot has more employees like you :) You should be an employee of the year I gave five stars b/c of her

I would like to make a positive comment about Xavier from your store. He is an excellent employee. Very helpful. The only person that knows what customer service is all about. He was the only person who made any effort to assist me in finding out what happened to my on line order, which was a barbecue I ordered in your store on line in the customer service department. You need many more Xavier's in your store. Many people complain about employees but I wanted to acknowledge Xavier's great customer service.

Excellent customer service! Ask for Rykie, he went out of the way to help me get product and provide alternate solutions for items not available in the store.

Jesse is amazing! He's patient! The epitome of great customer service because he went above and beyond for me to make sure my experience was superior. The store was very clean and made me feel safe during my shopping experience. Special shout out to the guys at Pro Desk who made sure I knew where I needed to go and didn't have any unnecessary interactions with additional staff.

Excellent service! Even when busy.

The associates at this location are incredibly rude and inept. They refuse to provide assistance and answer every question with attitude, or provide non-answers just to avoid any extra work. Regardless of the trying times, there is no need to be unnecessarily rude to customers when they have provided you no reason to be. I would recommend going to a different location if only for the lack of competent associates.

I had a big order today which Home Depot Pro Desk associates (Rita) helped on my order. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my need and order. I really appreciate her assistant on my order. The store was very clean and organized.

The attendants at the pro desk are excellent! They always help me and get me out in a very timely matter. Sometimes pthey even help me load out materials. That’s why the Glendale Home Depot is the best in the area!!:)
