STORE IS CLEAN, EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFULL..... BUT.... BOUGHT WHEAT STRAW AND GOT HOME WITH IT AND FOUND IT WORTHLESS AND UNUSABLE DUE TO MOLD AND BALED WET. HAD TO GO TO LOWES TO GET WHEAT STRAW AT A LOWER PRICE.

This store is so exceptional the service provided is phenomenal. You can find every item you need especially when they offer assistance. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody. I always find everything I need. As a former employee of Home Depot this store I give five stars to.

The store was clean employees were very helpful and professional. They didn’t hesitate to help. I had a great experience there.

I walked in to find a generator and a few other items, and was greeted shortly beyond the entrance! I was directed to the right isle, and a Ryobi vendor took the time to help me pick the right machine. A Home Depot associate came by right on time to unlock the storage shelf, too! Then, at the self-checkout, which I usually avoid, I was instantly helped by Jessie. He offered the Home Depot credit card application for my large purchase, and understood my "frozen credit" situation...with a smile! Thank you so much for a confident happy crew!

Store was clean and the employees friendly

This is the cleanest, most organized Home Depot that I've ever been to. The employees greeted us when we arrived, said "Hello" when we passed them in the aisles and went out of their way to make sure we had a speedy checkout. Hands (way) above the local "blue" competition in Milledgeville. We also picked up an item that was shipped to the store and the associate was helpful, friendly and had our item to us in minutes again (WAY) better than the local competition! Now, can we get Home Depot to please build a store in Milledgeville so we don't have to drive 45 mins to get to a great home builder supply store!!

Super clean store with very friendly staff!

Went in to look at washing machines. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Sharon H. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She did a great job in explaining the delivery process. She is a great asset to the Greensboro store. My only complaint is they need to either have the appliance in stock or offer quicker delivery. Having to wait 6 days for the appliance to be delivered is just too long.

Store people always helpful, especially Monica and John. Screens are confusing and hard to see. Monica helps me check out and John helps me find the right things. Both are intelligent people who make Home Depot a good spot to shop, despite your owner's insults to average working people (who got no tax credits for private jets) and people of color.

Well staffed in appliances and knowledgeable. Took notes ask questions and assisted with selection, Personable. They were busy but because they had 3 folks in department everyone was getting taken care of in a timely manner. Also noticed they would take time to answer the phone and if busy take a number to call the folks back.

Isles were replete with unopened boxes piled high! No place for anybody to shop safely. I would like to know who your insurance carrier is!

Love the layout at this store. Shelves are well stocked and items are easy to find especially if using the home depot app. The employees are friendly and always willing to help with finding items or recommending solutions to common home repair problems. Just a great store and always a great shopping experience here.

Our family goes out of our way to come to this particular Home Depot. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always go out of their way to help us, even when it is busy.

The store has easy to ind items and for those more difficult to find, there's always someone to help you.

This store is the best of all the HD s I have shopped at over the years having lived in 5 major markets. It is because of the crew. Rose, Rachel, Walt, Joel, JJ and the crew are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. I have done a lot of renovations in my houses but am not a contractor. This crew gives insight to ways to solve problems and do things more efficiently.

I was disappointed in today's visit to Home Depot by the caliber of sales associates at self-checkout. First, self-checkout was the only check-out that was open. The associate at self-checkout was not friendly, not well trained, and overcharged me. All my items were bulky or lengthy and she seemed annoyed that she had to pick up her hand scanner and assist me in check-out. This is the only HD for miles, so no choice but to suffer through it.

I have been shopping this store since it opened. In the early years, I was retired, but doing home remodeling and repair. I had spent literally thousands of dollars every week for about 3 or 4 years. The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating, making sure my advance orders were processed and ready to pick up. Now that I no longer do as much business, they still treat me as well as they always have. There is never a time that I've dealt with an employee or management staff that I've had a bad experience. These folks go above and beyond more often than expected in almost every instance.

Kim B is the most friendly, helpful person I have ever encountered at any type of home store! She is AWESOME!
