Working with Virginia, Tara, Kim, Ruthann and Felix made returning a fridge into an excellent experience. It is bad enough to find a hidden dent in a fridge, however with the associates being interested in my satisfaction, everything worked out and I now have a new fridge being delivered in 3 days. These employees really did provide extra assistance above anything I ever expected !!!

Management of this store Ms. Guadarrama and Mr. Daniel are super professionals who make the customer feel like spending more money at this store. I was never so impressed with an associate as in this store! He gave great advice, mixed all the right colors, and was the nicest guy! I had him one time before and he was great then too. I told the lady at the register they should give people like him a bonus or raise and make sure he stays around! I loved my experience at Home Depot and would tell anybody to go there!

I like shopping here. There seems to always be something new, that I could have used on a previous job. Stuff I price seem to always be cheaper than Lowe's. The people are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly (When you can find them.)

We were buying 36 stepping stones (18x18) and needed assistance picking up and loading. The lady said she would assist us. I could not believe when she started picking up the stones as if they were a piece of paper. While I was checking out, she started loading the truck. I have no idea how much you pay her, but it cannot be enough for the work she performs.

Love going to that store over the one in Rockwall because of how friendly the help is.
