I had a great and a bad experience all in one trip-
The bad: I was looking for foam weather strips since the cold weather is upon us. I asked two different store employees on different occasions where I can find this item. Both times, the employees told me the product was in two different locations- both where the item was NOT. On top of that, both employees were not very friendly and looked at me like they didn't want to be bothered. I ended up finding the item myself which were multiple isles away from where they told me. Disappointing because they're usually correct.
The great: My transaction was paid for by a gift card. I didn't know that if there's a small leftover balance on the card, it would end up being in the form of cash. I walked away to my car thinking that the remaining balance is still on the gift card. Well, whoever the young lady working the self-checkout area on 11/17/16 at 09:30 AM was, she deserves some recognition! She came all the way out to the parking lot and found me at my car and explained the situation and handed me the change. That is above-and-beyond customer service!
