I am a widow and need help with most everything as learning as I go. I find my home town Helena Home Depot great. The employees are friendly,knowledgeable, and always willing to go extra to give me help. Thanks to all the employees

There are always smiles to gather while shopping in Home Depot. Friends are made, and cookies delivered to a wagging tailed pup. The store isalways clean & easy to navigate. Helpful & knowledgeable employees ever available to answer questions or show you exactly where the 'thingy' is that you are searching for. Get ready, Home Depot can be a lot of fun! You may just find stuff you didn't realize you couldn't live without.

Revived very poor service. Several employees watched me load a large order and did not offer to help. I had to load some cement that was stocked in front of the store I could have taken it all and know one would have noticed. The checker did a great job.

I enjoyed the do-it-yourself workshop and plan on attending in the future! It was fun to walk away with a finished project which I created myself. Thanks for all the tips which I take take home and use on future wood working projects.

I shop frequently at this store. They carry a good range of products and their prices are competitive. They staff is service oriented, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I was treated very well and professionally by Brian in the tiles dept. He was very helpful and referred me someone up front since he was going to be busy for about 1/2 hr. He would managed my situation w/o any problem in a few minutes instead of 1/2+ hr and having to return to the store for retrieve my credit card.

I have completed many projects lately including a cabin that I started in 2013. I love shopping your store because it is clean organized and above all your people are so hopeful. I'm not a builder, but I have gotten so many tips on building my deck, building my cabin, putting in my new floors ect. Your people never act like they are too busy to talk to me unlike a lot of your competitors. They make me feel like they appreciate my business and always make me feel welcome.

I can't think of anything that I would need for home maintenance that you don't have. Very complete. My kids even bought my Christmas present (DeWalt cordless 20 volt driver set) at the local Home Depot.

This store's employees have been so helpful during our recent home remodel and addition. Each department was well stocked, clean, and the person responsible was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions we had about products.

I am in the process of working on a large project of finishing my garage. Tools, equipment, lumber, insulation, paint and more would have been purchased, but Home Depot has decided to put things on clearance without telling people who are purchasing the last of that material, that they cannot get any more of the material, even though it is available in other stores in Montana. They did not tell me the material was on clearance, otherwise I would not have purchased it. I did NOT receive any special clearance price, nor was I informed of the fact, and now I do not have enough to complete a step in my project. I am left with a partial amount, and Home Depot was unwilling to help me get the last bit needed to finish the project. I was told I could call other stores in Montana and see if they would be willing to ship the material to me. This used to be a place I preferred in town, but after this I don't know that I can trust Home Depot not to put anything else I am purchasing on clearance and leaving me without the needed material. I will not spend substantially LESS with Home Depot and give my business to its competitors.

Sam is the best man at the store!!! Find him if you need help in plumbing!!!!

Great store can usually find everything there that I can’t in other home improvements stores. The quality of the pvc is a lot better then any of them and a lot neater snd Easier to find than Lowe’s not dising lows but theres is a mess. The aquarium hobby has grown a lot exploded and hobbiests do a lot of diy(do it yourself) protects and wish/Suggest homedpot getting uniseals not many people herd about of them but there very useful not only in the aquarium world but plumbing also. Aquarium diy aquarium safe materials will be good sellers

Each separated department I have shopped has attendants who are so helpful and exhibit high service: personable, problem solvers who allow time for questions and they have solutions! The store is well organized and clean as well. Parking is always available and convenient.

About the same as every Home Depot. Very nice checking out
