Being a large store it takes some time to find the right products, but the Hermiston store has quality people and they will put out some amazing effort to assist while keeping an up beat attitude. We'll be back.

I would just like to stay how surprised and wonderful this Manager made me feel. My husband has been in ICU for the past three weeks with Sepsis, he coded and was on a ventilator for five days. He has since been moved to rehab. And will be there for at least another couple of weeks. We live on Social Security as many of us do. So I contacted the store manager to see if I could use my husbands VA discount or to ask if they might have some other discounts, so i could get a taller toilet for when he gets home. The manager said he would take care of it and he would notify the floor managers. And for me to just contact one when I made it to town the next day. So when I got to the store and found a Manager to help me, I picked out what I wanted and proceeded to ask what I would need to pay. She said NOTHING! I was floored, I have been through so much this past month. This was a true Blessing for us. So THANK YOU HOME DEPOT and YOUR WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES.

Jeff, the store manager, and his team have the best Home Depot I've ever shopped at. Kudos to him and his staff.

The third Thursdays of each month rocks at this store. Its ladies night. And we build ,paint and enjoy the visiting with each other. The ladies that do the workshop are amazing!! Along with being extremly helpful and friendly. It is so much fun to get out and craft. The ideas on projects are very tasteful and up to date.

The store is well organized and the employees are familiar with where things are. The signs are obvious and easy to read. The store was clean and orderly with a minimum or clutter even though there was an enormous dads day promo happening. When I could not find exactly what I wanted assistance was a smile away and arrived at my side in just a few steps. All the associates I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The people at the store were great, helping me with a project that I have little experience with, underground sprinklers. They were very helpful getting the parts that were stocked on the top shelves. They helped me find alternate material when we found non stock items from my list. They were very patient and kind with the fact I had a big list and didn't know what everything was. The Home Depot Orbit sprinkler app. is awesome if your going to DIY your lawn sprinklers. The end result is a great document that will guide you through the entire process. GO HOME DEPOT!!!!

Quality Products, Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff

buying through The Home Depot this way will not have to be charge for delivery and the products is just the same no matter where you buy and the employee are helpful

I don't know who the lady is in the Bath tub area today but beware she is uninformed or just don't know the products in the area she works in or just generally don't care about the Home Depot customer. If you need someone who is a nice guy & friendly that will understand your frustration after 2 hours spent trying to return a 36" x 36" shower surround that an associate sold you when you had bought a 5' tub (should have been a 32" x 60" tub surround). I live 70 miles round trip from Home Depot I called ahead to make sure that they had what I needed in stock she tells me they have one I ask for her to save it for me I was on my way, she says she will have it ready for me I get there it is not ready for me then she tells the customer service guy that they would not be receiving that tub surround till April 3rd. Well I told customer service I had to have a tub & surround today so I went to Tubs to find a different type than I had previously purchased,I get back there looking around & on the top shelf I could see 3 boxes same name as the product I needed I couldn't make out if they were shower or bathtub surrounds with my bad eyes so I ask this very nice couple if they could help me & if they could read if the box said that it was a tub surround & they said yes it said tub surround. Then I met an associate named Bob very helpful he asked how I was doing today I told him I would be better if I could get some good customer service He said he was sorry to hear that I had a bad time & proceeded to tell me that as soon as he got down a shower for another customer that he will be with me just hang with him. As soon as he was done he came to me to find out what he could do to help me & change my experience up to this point. Bob was awesome listened to all the crap I had went through & got me the tub surround that I had found & I was then a happy customer & on my way home. Thank you Bob.

I recently bought 3 of their newly arrived fruit trees. Initially i didnt have my truck and offered to pay for them and would be back so asked if i could leave them they said yes and shoved them under a doorway dragging them accross the door jamb when i mentioned that it didnt hurt the trees but did. It did knock some buds and blooms off. When I came back with the truck my trees were gone. I asked and was told "They are prob out front with the trees". I looked they werent. and when i looked around found them out in the garden area. The guy out there said i w 1as told the were returned. When took them to the Cashier near lumber she was very appologetic and gave me 10% off for my hassles she made things much better. But their customer service ~department needs some major help. Yes ill go back because Hermiston doesnt have many places to go for home and garden.

This store had an item that I couldn't find at the Portland, OR stores. I did this purchase via a call between the Portland & Hermiston service desks. It was ready when I arrived and 2 employees promptly loaded my 2 purchases (lawn mower & BBQ grill) into my truck. Thanks.

What started out as a problem was quickly taken care of. Thank you Jeff (manager) Denise (head cashier) and Ashley (cashier). They all worked together to turn my not so pleasant experience in to a very good one. I will definitely have no problem returning to the Hermiston home depot for future purchases.

Representatives always greet you with a smile and are willing to assist or find someone who can. Jackie in appliances rocks! She was helpful in purchasing a stove so much so we came back and bought the matching microwave and refrigerator. Even though she was extremely busy helping others she was respectfully kind and ensured she assisted people by who asked first. Only flaw is automated system indicating stove was ready to be picked up and it hadn't been shipped. This is not the stores fault but it creates adverse situation for clerk who had to endure my frustration. We almost cancelled our order but so glad we did not.

It is so nice to go into our hometown store and be treated fast and efficiently. It warms my heart that the employees stop and asks if I need anything and every one of them is knowledgeable about where to find items in the store or quick to find someone who is. I feel valued as a customer at Home Depot in Hermiston.

Cristol helped us with flooring. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She stayed with us and showed us different products that we would need. She was Awesome!!!

I received very friendly and professional service.

We shop in the store quite often, Hermiston is a pretty small town. They generally have what we need, but some of the employees are not always friendly or helpful. Some have noticed we needed help, averted eye contact and gone the other way. One the other side of the coin, a few have been an excellent representative of the store.

I am a general Contractor and shop at this store almost every day. The employees give excellent customer service and this store usually has the material I need.

I particularly appreciate the women's workshops put on here. Candy, Roxanne, Colleen, Caroline & the rest of the gals there are extremely friendly and helpful. They make the workshops fun. I've been attending them with my adult daughters for nearly a year now just because the gals are so nice. The store is always clean and there's almost always somebody available to help me find what I'm looking for.
