I was looking for some flowers for my garden and found exactly what I was looking for and the price was fantastic--happy I stopped here after being somewhat disappointed by a nearby store's products and prices.

Wonderful store to shop for all of your necessities for your home! Store is well-stocked and employees are very helpful!

My wife and I love this store! The employees are always so helpful and friendly, whether it's on the phone or at the store when you come in to get what you checked on by phone.

The store is clean and anything that I went into the store to find - I always have a good chance of finding it. I'm pleased with the service that I receive from the store staff and friendliness of the store employees. Everybody helps me when I'm in the store.

Great store in which to find all of your home supplies etc. Employees are very knowledgeable and ready, willing, and able to assist should you require help.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. The employees are always cordial and helpful. Items are easy to locate, usually in stock and the pricing is very competitive. Very nice store.

For the most part everyone is friendly and most can help you. The one thing I do not like is that isles are closed for restocking or whatever.This should be done in the latter part of the evening. Its inconvienent to have to wait to get maybe one item.

I did find the product I was looking for very easily. I was unable to get the assistance I had asked for. I was very disappointed how I was treated in the store. The store was clean as always. The associates were not friendly nor helpful.

I have a way more pleasant experience at this store than the other Home Depot locations. And definitely better than other home improvement stores. The workers are nicer and actually help. And you can find them when needed.

I will go to this Home Depot over any others. The associates are always friendly and helpful. I have been to some of the competitors and my experiences have been found wanting to say the least. This is my favorite store to use by far.

Terrible service! We were looking for a specific item in the store, asked 5 different employees for help and all they did was “direct” us to a different isle for an idea! NOONE helped actually locate the item. After almost 1.5 hours we found the item on our own in a completely abstract part of the store! Absolutely careless for customer service. Would recommend the Meadville store HANDS DOWN OVER THIS ONE. TERRIBLE.

We entered the store with a list of items needed to remodel a bathroom. I ask if there was someone to help me locate and assist in obtaining some items, Matt from plumbing was the first to assist us, he helped not only to locate the items needed but was able to give advise and was very kind. I needed flooring and tiles so Matt introduced us to another kind gentleman, Larry. Larry listened to what we were planning to do and was able to get the items we needed with his knowledge and recommendations. Both gentleman were so very patient and polite and took the time to listen to what we needed. We definitely left as satisfied customers!

The store had plenty of staff working and willing to assist, including cashiers which is a rarity in today's age of self checkouts. I had this cashier "David" previously and he is always pleasant and engages in a conversation while he is checking you out which makes the customers feel wanted, welcomed and appreciated.

Hey everyone, just know this is a fantastic Home Depot. And here’s the real news for those of you who want to order online & in-store, all in one purchase Grab a cart, get what you want that’s in the store and then go to any Dept that has a desk and chairs and tell the sales staff what you need to do, add to your purchase from the online store ( have your online cart open so you can see your favorites/ or your cart, however you saved them) then you just open your app and read off the SKU# or online #. They will process your payment and even add promo codes, then print up your order in pages & email you a copy. Show your pages to the checkout staff and on your way you go! Amazing.

Lisa in tile section was extremely helpful in helping us pick tiles for a bathroom remodel. She walked around with us as we looked at many different types of tile explaining to us which ones needed a seal. The man working near the toilets on the other hand just stood there talking to a friend while my husband lifted a toilet onto a cart.

I go out of my way to shop at this store! Do yourself a favor and find Clinton at the PRO desk if you have questions or need assistance! He is extremely versed in products and or where to go to get answers he may not have (though its unlikely he won't know).

The store was neat, well stocked, had exactly what I was looking for, even compared to other Home Depots and the employees were friendly and helpful.

Always have been able to get in store face to face help when searching for products as well as to be able to speak with a sales person concerning my project. The personnel are very friendly, eager to assist and most if not all knowledgeable in their respective store departments. Store is very organized and in most occasions the product I was looking for was in stock.

I live over 1,100 miles away from my mother, and wanted to make a purchase for her as a Christmas gift. Tara (front desk) and Nick (manager) both went above and beyond their duties in assisting me with my purchase! Their customer service was exemplary.
