They helped me find what i needed and the store was very clean and easy to get around in in my wheelchair. i like the people there, they are very friendly and helpful.

once more Home Depot comes through for me -- I go into Home Depot "lost" & they always help me get "found" -- this time it was locating outdoor LED flood bulbs & some sort of remover to remove sticky substance from lacquered Japanese chest -- Teresa (in paint) helped me locate the correct bulbs & Dennis (in paint) gave me his experienced opinion on which remover liquid to purchase (acetone) -- thank you both

I received help quickly in the store and in the parking lot with heavy items and did not need to ask.

I was very impressed with the sale person in the garden center. Went out of their way to walk me to the isle for product I was looking for,and very knowledgeable. . She also introduce me to apply for a Home Depot card and get $25.00 off my first purchase using my card today. Was impressed how fast I was approved for $8,000 line of credit.

I had the best experience in this store and ended up buying much more than I had planned to originally. The staff was helpful in the flooring department, Lawn and Garden, Service desk, Cashier and even the manager. This is now my favorite place to shop for home improvements.

The staff was very helpful and got along well with each other. They were professional, neat and courteous.

I entered the store thru the garden center. The associate at the register welcomed me and asked if I needed assistance. I was looking for two flexible hoses for my husband. I had a receipt from ones he had bought in the past. I didn't have the foggiest idea where to look. I asked an associate who didn't know, but he hooked me up with an associate who appeared to be like a floor manager. She found the items by looking up the number on the receipt and finding the sku and the location of the items. She did this cheerfully and very quickly. The bulk of the items I purchased were from the paint department. The associate there pointed me in the right direction so that I could find what I needed quickly and earily. At checkout, there was a glitch between my banks network and Home Depots. The associate called for backup and the associate that came was apologetic and worked quickly to help resolve the issue. She gave direction to the register associate as to why this may have occurred and how to prevent it in the future. She did this kindly without making the associate or myself feel like we had done something incorrectly. She encouraged me to complete this survey.

Cashier Elizabeth was especially helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone I know. I think everyone in this area are extremely blessed to have such a nice facility with caring employees so close to this small town.

After doing research on Home Depot online, I purchased a refrigerate today. The appliance customer service representative was very helpful and processed my order quickly. I have always found the employees at the Hillsborough Home Depot to be well trained and versed in their specific departments, and helpful with my questions when shopping for specific items.

I appreciate the quickness of associates my last 3 visits to purchase and load bulk amounts of pine straw. The associates have been readily available and quick to help load.

Sometimes I have a GREAT idea thanks to Pinterest, but in most cases it lacks the spark of collaboration in order to come to fruition. That's where the friendly folks at my neighborhood Home Depot come in. I can always count on them to step in and say "What are you doing and How can I help?" I appreciate the support I get in every department to assist my plans come to life-it's a great place to be in Hillsborough to get things started!

I had to wait to get help, but this time was shorter than previous visits. There never seems to be enough associates on the floor, but when they come they are very helpful and knowledgable.

I work in the construction industry and I purchase most of the building supplies at Home Depot. Even though there are other places where you can get the same type of materials, some even cheaper, but dealing with Home Depot members of staff is so much easier, very quick check out, they deliver if it is a big order, and overall it is worth to just buy from them.

Needing wooden stakes, Aero staples and a heavy hammer, I parked in front of Home Depot at Hampton Point, Hillsborough, North Carolina. Upon arrival inside, the Head Cashier greeted me literally at the door. After enquiring about the wooden stakes, Debbie went to the website and swiftly directed me to the Garden Department where I found just what I needed, a packet of 25 five-foot stakes. When I had difficulty with the weight and accessability of the item, Quentin deftly removed the heavy and cumbersome packet from the rack, and I headed back into the main store. Debbie helped me find a 4-lb hammer and a packet of Aero staples. Then, the checkout went smoothly even though the price tag on the packet of stakes was obsolete. I walked out with everything that I needed - and, I am a happy Home Depot customer - and I spent less than half an hour inside the vast store. This was an excellent Home Depot experience, and I will return often.

This store has the best employees, hands down! Everyone I encountered was happy, friendly and eager to help me out. I was very impressed!! And to top it off, it was near closing on a Monday night. This is awesome for even one person, but it was everyone in the store!! It definitely draws my family and I back for future visits. Thank you for being so courteous.

No matter what I am shopping for, Home Depot in Hillsborough has friendly, knowledgeable staff to help and everything is easy to find. They always have what I am looking for.

We have a choice of locations for going to a Home Depot and decided to go to this store. Depending on customer service, we would place our order at that store. We could not have asked for anyone to be more helpful, and went out of her way to assist us. We will definitely return to this location in the future, and recommend it to friends and others if asked.

I CAME TO HILLSBOROUGH SPECIFICALLY LOOKING TO FIND ONE PRODUCT THAT DAY AT THE HOME DEPOT. I DISCOVERED I WILL HAVE TO SPECIAL ORDER IT HOWEVER AT THIS TIME I AM NOT READY TO DO SO.
