Went in for snake away for my husband. Completely clueless on where to go as he’s our Home Depot shopper. Walked in and was greeted by a nice gentleman named Wayne. He was friendly and eager to help me find my product. Wayne was very knowledgeable with items in the store and made my shopping experience at Home Depot smoother and faster. All around great experience.

Elias helped me look for the items that I needed and was very sweet and courteous.

I traval all over the place and I shop at the home depot throughout the country. This Home Depot is one of the best I've seen yet.

I needed sand and didn’t have a cart and jacob helped me out and cleared out his own basket and gave it to me to and Jaime helped me load my sand to my cart! So Helpful!!

We buy a lot of lumber and building supplies as well as tools. We count on Home Depot for good prices and availability at the Orange, TX locations. Also you can find people who will actually help you and don't act like they are being bothered by customers.

I went to the service desk to exchange and item and it was very quick and easy to be in an out the store!

The cashier was very rude and did not want to honor a military discount a week ago. When my wife and I left the store, we did call back and spoke with a manager on duty, they apologized, explained to me they were discontinuing the in store way to show ID as it would be done through the app with a code, but that wasn't going to be for approx another month in full implantation. The manager apologized for the lack of customer service and said they would be doing more training with the agent. We never got our military discount on the 1st of April. Needed to exchange a few parts to make things work, and this morning went back, same problems again with the same cashier and his friend. The manager on duty was even talked over by both of them, but the manager did make sure the agents knew they could in fact give the discount. When you have employees that treat customers this way you will lose clientele not gain. my 1 stars are based purely on the customer service received and not based on products.

Had what we needed and at a good price

I went on a Saturday and for it being so busy I was very very impressed with how clean and neat the store looked. The customer service was also very good. Good job!

Always shop at Home Depot when convenient ... been shopping there for 40 yrs

We found everything we needed for our Spring garden. My mom enjoyed her shopping at the Home Depot. The store associate and cashier were excellent. Thank you.

Store is in complete disarray, checkout is cumbersome .

Elias in the garden department was AMAZING! He literally helped me from start to finish. From greeting to checking out to helping me load the items into my vehicle. Truly, a great experience because of this fabulous employee.

The employees go above and beyond and have amazing Costumer service

I went looking for a particular vinyl floor few months ago, and the 'floor specialist' wasn't nice and not too helpful. Almost 3 weeks ago I went and bought the floor I wanted, and that the specialist had told me didn't have. Floor arrived on time, and complete, but seemed a little different in color, and had a different name, which online said was the same product with a new name, so I kept it. When way more than half of floor was done the workers pointed out that floor seemed different, and yes, even all boxes have same everything, there's a slight difference on 2 letters of the 'master lot number ' and that was the color I originally wanted. Store offered to pay for the removal of all floor and delivery of original wanted color, but said no when I told them how much they asked. Since I liked the color even slight different, and couldn't afford the removal price myself, I agreed to get $500 back and 5 more boxes to have as extra. But the difference here was the floor specialist Leah, she listened to me, was concerned, helpful, and seemed happy doing her job. Floor name: Trafficmaster Boca de Yumma lot VBS. Trafficmaster Provenance Gray lot VZL They are NOT the same, very close in color but NOT same.

Every time I visit the Hutto Home Depot for a project, I always leave knowing that I have the best products and advice. I also like that there are lots of veterans working there.

Helpful staff and the store always has what i need

The employees in the Hutto store are by far the best. Every time I go in there looking for something unusual and not easy to locate, one of the employees walk me right to it. They are awesome, my favorite HD store by far.

Store associates are very helpful. If you can't find an item then an associate will scan the item to check if it's in stock. You'll find the product you're looking for.

Clean, has everything a home improvement store should have. Customer service was excellent. Couldn't be more happier.

Recently moved to the area, this store is horrible. Staff needs better customer service training. This area deserves better.

Pearl that works in the appliance department is second to none. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and was even able to find a way to save us some money. Whatever HD is paying her, it’s not enough. She took and normally painful experience and made it pleasant. Never in my life have I spent over $3k and walk away happy about it. Pearl made the experience that pleasant. What an amazing person.

Associates were very friendly and my salesperson was very knowledgeable. The cashier Isaac was very friendly and helpful.

I am rarely disappointed then I go to The Home Depot in Hutto, TX. It is a short drive from home, and I usually get what I came for. The staff is friendly and willing to take me to the item I need, and they are available to assist with any questions I may have. The store is very clean and well supplied. Its my GO-TO for home projects.

Pearl was fantastic! I will shop at this location again because of her customer service.
