Very knowledgeable sales staff (specifically, Joe in the Lawnmower/Yard Care area), with a friendly personal touch. Got just the right lawnmower and even enjoyed the experience! Outshines even other Home Depot stores nearby!

THE NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETURNS AREA RUDELY REFUSED TO CHECK ME OUT, EVEN THOUGH 5 EMPLOYEES WERE NOT HELPING ANY CUSTOMERS. ALL 3 HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES I ASKED TO CHECK ME OUT, REFUSED TO DO SO AND RUDELY DIRECTED TO TO GO DOWN TO THE FAR END OF THE STORE TO CHECK OUT. THIS SAME NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE HAPPENED TO MY WIFE THE DAY BEFORE. SO AFTER CHECKING OUT AT THE FAR END OF THE STORE, I WALKED BACK PAST THE NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETURNS AREA AND AGAIN NO CUSTOMERS WERE BEING HELPED. I TALKED TWICE WITH THE MANAGER ABOUT THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE DID NOT SEEM CONCERNED ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A $50 GIFT CARD BUT SAID HE WOULD CREDIT ME BACK THE COST OF THE LIGHT BULBS I HAD PURCHASED. IRONICALLY, THE LIGHT BULBS I HAD PURCHASED COST $59.94. AT THIS TIME, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE $59.94 CREDIT. IN ADDITION, THE MANAGER INSISTED I RETURN TO THE STORE TO RECEIVE THE CREDIT BUT FINALLY AGREED TO HAVE ME FAX TO HIM MY RECEIPT SO I WOULD NOT BE INCONVENIENCED ANY MORE. LASTLY, I SHARED WITH THE MANAGER THAT I HAVE TWO NEW TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENTS AND DO NOT APPRECIATE WALKING FROM ONE END OF THE STORE TO THE OTHER ON CONCRETE FLOORS.

The staff here is knowledgeable and kind. They always help me find what I'm looking for and have often made suggestions for better products and services.

This store could show where the paint department is when entering, the sign for paint is midway through the store. This store normally has a good stock of merchandise. Employees are friendly and helpful.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had. It took 40 minutes to get the item I needed and out the door. This was after being subjected to extremely rude service from two sales associates (one actually snapped at me when I asked the difference between two products). I had it narrowed down to two items, so could have been out in five minutes. The person who finalized the sale was polite, but wasn't entirely honest (or wasn't trained). He did waive the delivery fee for my inconvenience and the rudeness of the other clerks. He said I would be called first thing in the morning with approximate delivery time. I waited for two hours without receiving a call and finally went online to see if I could locate the information (he also said the number would be on the sales receipt, which it was not). The website gave a 12 hour window!! I called a number and was bounced around until I was finally connected to the store. The associate blamed ME and said I had to pay extra for a time slot!!! I wasn't asking for an EXACT time, just something less than 12 hours! Ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager (Frank) and he was polite, but still couldn't locate information about my delivery time. At the 30 minute mark, I told him to just call me back. He finally called back and confirmed I would have to pay extra for a specific time, but did expect the delivery time to be around 4:00. I'm going to avoid Home Depot like the plague from now on. Customer service has really gone downhill the past couple of years, their prices are pretty steep and their selection is limited. It's really sad a person can't walk into a store and hope to be treated with respect. It wasn't until I became annoyed that people started to hustle a little and take me seriously. Who needs that aggravation?

I have been in the store many times lately due to rehabbing a house. The various department personnel are knowledgeable and quick to help with all my silly questions.

Huge thank you to Dan in the flooring department. He went above and beyond to look out for our best interest and saved us over $1000, had he not been there to help us we would have gone looking for a different estimate somewhere else. He genuinely cares about customers and wants to help people. It is clear that he lives the golden rule - treat others the way you want to be treated. Thanks again!

The employees are awesome here and will always find you the best product to complete your project.

Store is clean ,plenty of employees to help with good costermer service...also lots of items on stock.

My visit was for some paint supplies. The employee who helped me was Steven. I have visited before and received help from Steven. He was very knowledgeable of his position and helped me find all that I needed. He was very approachable and a good conversationalist as well.

The customer service at this store is first class. Mark and Suzy in the appliance center were very informative and helpful in every way imaginable. Suzy was son personable that I showed her photos of my new born baby girl. Mark who also work in the appliance center worked with me to ensure we were happy with the washer and dryer we bought. Mark showed me his woodwork which was very creative and cool. I cannot express how thankful I am for Ashley in the service center. She went out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure my wife was getting the washer in dryer. Both Ashley and Suzy remember who I was which is very unusual because they see so many different people. Richard at the front door is always warm and friendly. He went out of his way to show me the product I was looking for. This store is our neighborhood hardware store and I will go there for all of our needs. Thanks, Troy

I did a kitchen remodel that I worked on all summer. Made a lot of trips to lots of stores. The folks at Home Depot are always more available and approachable than competitor home stores. I always go to HD first to see if I can get my item there.

We have always received helpful information and service from the employees.

Store is older but still kept up. They have good employees like Richard that can check you out and get you on your way.

Very clean all friendly employees very helpful and handy and in an abundance anytime you need help it's there. Purchased our microwave vent set and new fridge here as well. My new favorite place to shop for all home needs. Nice prices too.

All the staff at Home Depot understand customer service and deliver every time. Shelly in the paint department is the best. I no longer use the local store, I am now a Home Depot guy.
