I love my Home Depot. They are always so helpful. I am usually greeted when I walk in and there is always someone nearby when I need help finding something. The ladies at checkout are smiling and friendly. I enjoy shopping here. The prices are good too. I feed the birds, kill weeds and fertilize a lot and my husband is always fixing something so it is our go to store. Shannon

It is convenient and usually has what l need. I like shopping online and having it at the service desk ready for pickup.

I had an idea of what I needed on replacing some flooring but was unsure what was the best solution...Home Depot's Team, I felt went out of their way to explain the different options and together we came up with a rather novel idea that saved me A LOT of $$$$...we have contracted with them to have it installed...can't wait to see the results...will keep you posted on the outcome!!!!!

We decided to go last minute around 8 pm to grab a few things for the house and just had a wonderful experience there. Usually when you go into a store when they are near closing you usually feel rushed but we didn't feel that one bit. As we were heading down the aisle to different departments, we would be asked if we needed assistance and even realized as we were checking out we picked up the wrong item. The cashier was so lovely and just put our stuff on hold while we grabbed the correct thing. Everyone working there seemed in good spirits which made us in a good mood too. I love coming to my Home Depot in Jacksonville Beach. That is why we don't ever bother going over the ditch.

I had to have help.the customer behind me was mad because there was only one check-out person. Since I needed help, he had to wait, I told him I was sorry, it was not the clerks fault.

I worked with an intelligent salesperson who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought four kitchen appliances there.

I am generous with my three stars. My indication of "NO" for would I recommend this store can change if I go back and find someone at the cashier's stations. I DO NOT self serve. If they cannot staff the cashiers, then I can go elsewhere.
