The Johnston store was extremely clean and well stocked the Holiday displays were very cheerful and the help was very accommodating.

I shop at Home Depot for those home items I need and I go there not only for it's close proximity to my home, but this store and other Home Depot's have never let me down. With the great employees they have and no noticeable employee turnover it's a great, stable place to shop. All stores!!!!

While my purchase today was a small one, the amount of attention to find what I was looking for, was priceless. This location in particular has always been my favorite to visit. The staff are all amazingly helpful and ironically have great sense of humors (in a professional way). I've been coming to the Johnston location for about 11 years and have encountered many of the same faces/employees, which speaks thousands for the company overall.

The Associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a Home Depiot closer to me but went to this Johnsyin store because if the help and they are well stocked!

This store was a joy to shop at. It had everything I was looking for and needed. Will definitely return to it.

Thank you home depot associates for all your help today especially Tony , He worked in a different department but went out of his way to find the price of the sink I wanted to buy . Tony help with locating the sink within the store and after I made my purchase he helped with carrying it to my car .

Everything was easy to find and well organized. Customer service was a 10 out of 10.

A Lady help me look for concrete mix add to make the time before it sets to last longer, but the store had none, must have been out of stock.

The store was fully equipped with what I needed. I as very happy with the help I received at the customer service desk.

There were hardly any associates in the store and no one available to help in the electrical department. When asked they said there is no one working there today. It also took 25 minutes before an associate could help us with the shower doors.

I bought an LG 10,000 BTU portable air conditioner in the midst of a heat wave. I couldn't set it up, and Edie, an extremely helpful associate, made sure that Bill, the store manager, came to my home and installed it properly. Amazing customer service!
