This store is always topnotch in their customer service and friendliness. This is store is always clean and the staff are amazingly helpful.

Had to make 2 trips in less than 2 hours to this store to get blinds. Johnny's customer service made the experience worth while.

We are remodeling our home, inside and out, and have been coming to the Home Depot in Kannapolis every single day for over a month now! (This due to a bad experience at another store, that sent us to The Home Depot Kannapolis store!) I just wanted to personally thank every employee that has been so kind and friendly and really helped us through our remodeling process! I wanted to point out a few of the best employees y'all have though! Desmond in the lumber department, i mean literally is amazing! He is always right there to help us whether it be 2 pieces of lumber, or 200! He has the biggest smile every single time we see him, and has really just been so great to us! Chase in the lumber department, has helped us time after time as well!! He has helped us load our truck without asking when he saw us struggle! He is great! Next, is Alberto! For real, one of the most personable, funniest, and friendliest people we have had the honor to meet! He is what got us started coming to Home Depot, when we were just getting samples for floors, pre-remodel. He always waves and asks us how we are doing if he sees us in the store! Truly a pleasure to meet! Narcisa, Ken, & Zoraida have checked us out probably 50 times now! They are so great and kind to us! As soon as they see us come in, they are waving and greeting us! They have almost become like family, because we see them everyday! We just wanted to show our appreciation and gratitude to these amazing people and i hope everybody who is doing a project gets the chance to meet these wonderful people! WE LOVE THIS STORE, and its because of them! Thanks again, for making this process less stressful! YALL ROCK!

Parking is sometimes scarce. This is expected at any successful business. Store personnel are knowledgeable and helpful beyond expection. Shelves are well stocked and reasonable priced.

I prefer shopping at Home Depot over other stores because of the customer service. I have purchased all my appliances for new house as well as other building materials there.

I enjoy shopping at this store. I know we're all products are because I shop at this store 4 or 4 times a week.

Shop the Kannapolis Home Depot and was very pleased with the customer service I received.

My husband and I recently went to Home Depot to purchase patio furniture. We found it at the front of the store with good sale prices and sales associates were there immediately to assist. All of the sales associates were friendly, helpful and very efficient. We were so delighted with the service and the prices we received that we will always go to Home Depot rather than other hardware stores.

The staff were knowledgable and professional and so helpful as we had to move our daughter from the area to our home of Virginia. The rental truck you offered was perfect in cost and location to fit our needs. The extra items purchased were also exactly what I was searching for in the lighting and ceiling fan section of your store. New stock was wonderful to view it. If we lived local I would shop here every time I needed something in home improvement. Brandi was excellent at the service desk.

If you need to buy an appliance, you will not be disappointed with the service and selection here. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff along with the many special financing offers makes this a great choice. The manager and appliance specialist went really out of their way to help us in an emergency refrigerator purchase.

If you are a woman, shopping for tools, go elsewhere. The cashier, was great though.

I get to park in a handicapped spot. Then have to walk all the way to the back of the store to get to a restroom. Go figure!
