LOVE OUR HOME DEPOT, ALWAYS NEED SOMETHING AND THIS PLACE IS GREAT!

as i stated earlier in the survey i was a contractor some years ago and always purchased a LOT of mdse. from your store in the Sacramento,Ca area

Store is always clean and well stocked. employees always available,friendly and knowledgable.

Jason in hardware was amazing. When we got to the store we found we had been given wrong information over the phone. We weren't going to buy anything and was going to leave very disappointed and irritated. Jason showed us some other tools and we left being very happy and feeling much appreciated and very satisfied. We felt he went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you Jason we love the hacksaw!

This store is conveniently located. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The products are layed out conveniently.

Store was trashy, aisles full of freight,so you could barely get through. Three items I went to buy were out of stock. Clerks were rude.

Needed a new BBQ grill. Found an unbelievable price for exactly what I needed. But I don't own a pickup, and the "free delivery" didn't apply to my small $129 purchase. BOB MCGOWAN of the Klamath Falls store asked me where I lived, which is quite close, and the next thing I knew, he had obtained permission from his supervisor to DELIVER THE GRILL IN HIS OWN PICKUP AFTER WORK!! He wouldn't even let me give him a tip for his effort and thoughtfulness. As a single woman, I feel a little like Scarlett O'Hara, "I have often relied on the kindness of strangers". This certainly was kind. I've always found the employees at this store to be extremely helpful and friendly. Feels like a neighborhood store, and fits right in with the small-town service we enjoy here in Klamath Falls.

the store is a little crouded

I love this store! I am probably there 3 to 4 times week and often try to find an excuse to go there. I always have an associate ask if I need help finding something. They are quick to answer questions and, if they don' know, they will find someone who does. I don't think I have ever not found what I was looking for. I have both bought things off the shelf and ordered things and both ways are always satisfactory. Thanks for a great store. Oh, our kids love the kids work shops and have aprons full of pins and shelves of finished items.

There is always a good selection of things I need ,esp. tools and paint. The people are friendly and helpful. I recently bought a ceiling fan and there was such a wide selection I was over whelmed and an employee explained the differences and hints on installation..

With the help of several associates in 4 different departments I was able to find everything I needed to complete my project in a timely manner. Service was great and with a little help I was able to find everything in one stop for my project. Store was clean and orderly and there were many people shopping at the same time I was there. I will be returning soon.

As said earlier....friendly service in all departments and most always have what I need or they can order it and receive here at home or store in a very short time.....

GREAT STORE

Thank you Nassera, Tori, Eddie, and crew! I don't know what is going on in that store that makes employees so happy to be there, but everyone is helpful and friendly. When we ask for assistance, the employees go above and beyond to help us find whatever odd thing we are looking for. We drive several miles out of our way to go to Home Depot over another store in the area that sells similar products because the Home Depot employees are helpful and friendly, the store is always clean, and what we need is almost always in stock. When it isn't, we know we can place an order and have it in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!

We have been very happy in 99% of our interaction with this store. However, on this trip, we were very disappointed with the associate that made the cuts on the piece of plywood we purchased. He made an error in measuring and tried to blame us. We were very specific, and even had a cut diagram. He ruined about a foot from the middle of the sheet and then cut about 6-8" on both sides, rendering that whole piece unusable. He was not happy (or very nervous) about making the cuts.

The service is fine it's just the products that they carry are junk. I've had to return three different items in 2 days because they are broke or didn't work.

Sam the cashier was a great help made my day!!!!!!

Its really nice to find everything you need in the garden center and its just the first day of spring!

Laurie in the plumbing department is fantastic.....so helpful....she went "above and beyond" to help my husband with a hot water heater purchase......we will continue to use the store in Klamath Falls, Oregon....we had a horrible experience from the Home Depot in Redding California...we will NEVER shop there again.....Laurie is an example of why Klamath Falls Oregon Home Depot is our choice for future shopping.

Parking is great, employees are helpful, shelves are full

I usually find what I am looking for at a good price, plus being a veteran I get a discount.

I would just like to say, that my Wife and I have been using this store for 12 years and never have we asked an employee, where something was and they did not find it, even if it meant walking the entire store to find it! Just nice, quality employees throughout! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!

Overall pretty good. Way too much turnover in employees. The people that have been there awhile are very good . These are the ones I have questions answered by.
