    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 20 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by terrible service by paint associate My son and I came to Kona town last night from Waikoloa to get some paint for a project. I had a difficult time waiting for a paint associate to help and waited for about 15 minutes. One did show up finally and he must have been eating while I waited because he arrived with a tooth pick in his mouth and never took it out when talking to me. This worker was very rude to us when we tried to get paint materials. We felt we wasted our time at the store and will probably go to competitor from now on. I suggest you have a talk with that associate to be more available and stop chewing on a toothpick when working with your customers June 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EASY TO ORDER PRODUCTS FROM STORE ONLINE I needed to buy 6 interior doors for a new house I just bought and ordered them online. Jim, the Sales Associate in the Door and Window Department was more than helpful and placed my order for me. The doors came exactly on time as Jim said they would arrive, 6 weeks. My only observance was that the doors took 7 to 10 days for the store to have them ready for pick-up after they arrived at the Harbor in Kawaihae. This is way too long when the Harbor is only 1 hour away. I feel this particular Home Depot needs to work on being faster retrieving merchandise June 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rental truck is great! The associate was extremely helpful. It was an overall great experience. June 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average store Knew what I wanted. Found it. Paid for it. Associates and cashier did their job. June 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great store experience Like the overall experience of this store and its employees. June 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Knowledgable, calm, and clean! The store has great product lines. I asked an associate for help who called for another associate. both were knowledgeable about the different projects I had questions on. Overall, had a great time reviewing the products, dissucusing the products, and purchasing the product was probably the most entertaining. The cashier made the experience quite pleasant. Store is cleaner than most mainland stores I've been too! June 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Employees We went to buy quikrete (cement) and the gentlemen was very nice and helpful. He offer to take it out to the car for us but I said we can manage. He lifted into the cart for us. We shop around and upon check out the cashier Cheryl gave me a flag because it was Memorial Day and I am a retired disabled veteran. I then forgot my soft drink and she came running after me. How nice is that. Then as I was about to load the quikrete into my car, the same gentlemen who help me in the store and loaded it the shopping cart was outside collecting all the shopping carts. I didn't have to ask, he came to help carry the quikrete into my car. It was heavy. We should have gotten his name, he was helpful and very polite. My wife and I said to each other while we were driving out, how nice that gentleman was and next time we should get his name. May 25, 2015
