I was forced to buy-priced material because I didn't have time to go to the other side of the store and wait in a different line. The manager said the cashier could not refund my money at the register where I was very surprised when I saw my receipt.

No merchandise on shelves

Great products, got all GE kitchen appliances and was able to buy them all at once and great help from Eneliko! Can't wait to get them all installed and ready to use in new home!

I placed an order over the phone with JXM662. She provided us Above & Beyond Excellent JXM662 provided us Customer Service! She was friendly, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and smart. We are seniors, we live 55 miles away; I go shopping at Kona only once a month. Because we were afraid that by the time I go to shop at Home Depot 2 weeks later, the items will not be available anymore. Thank you very much for her kindness and provided us "above & beyond" excellent customer service. We felt very blessed and grateful!

I bought these two pulleys for my daughters school project (NHC project, it's at WHEA, you may have heard of it) it was great! The price was good. Wasn't too much to pay for A's.

I recently shopped at Home Depot in Kona Hawaii (the Big Island). During this time of supply chain shortages and pandemic, I wasn’t expecting to find a quality refrigerator in stock and was preparing to wait multiple months. I was pleasantly surprised to not only find a great option in stock, but the the sales associate was extremely helpful. I largely don’t complete surveys, but the experience so impressed me I had to write a review. During these times of constant excuses from stores about supply shortages, pandemics, lack of employees, etc., I am RARELY impressed with a shopping experience, but I was today. Well done, Home Depot.

The Store and a load of associates that were they to help me and if not, they asked to be other associates with more skills for the products. The store was clean and well organized to find and easy to find what I'm looking for. Associates were right there to help you and at times answered my questions, if not, recommended another associate to help me.

Pro Service Agent is professional and knowledgeable

The Cashier was very helpful and because I have a Military ID, she thanked me for my husbands service.

This store is always clean and almost always has what I'm looking for. The prices are always reasonable and staff is very helpful when you need assistance. Their parking lot is huge so you never need to worry about a shortage of parking stalls. If nature calls, their restroom is always well maintained and sanitary. All in all, I'd rate this store 95 on a scale of 100.

I have had several opportunities to shop at this Home Depot as well as the other home improvement stores in our area. I am happy with those such as Bill and Dustin who have been helpful and super patient with explaining and giving details that I appreciate!! Great Customer service is what keeps me going back to them.

Store was great except for Ted in the appliance department. If you can get someone else to help you I suggest you bypass him. The other associates do a great job.

Steve in tools is exceptional at recommending products for your job.

We were trying to find some hardware for remodeling. Jake was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. He performed "Above & Beyond" in excellent customer service. We were very grateful for his assistance.

Do not purchase an appliance here. We went in and purchased a washer and it was to be delivered in a little over a week. I canceled appointments to be home and they never showed up. I called and they told me that they tried delivering and couldn't. This wasn't true as I was here waiting. We rescheduled and it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. They just called and said they don't have the washer in stock and someone probably sold it to someone else. When I asked how that could happen when I have already paid for it and it was supposedly on a truck last week? She just said, it happens. They have lost a long term customer.

The store is clean, organized, well stocked (for the most part) and staff friendly, efficient and helpful. In particular, I was not able to mention a couple names on the survey I responded to. I want to give praise for the attention and help provided to me in the lumber area both to Dennis and to Rory. They are both excellent representatives of Home Depot service. Rory was able to assist me in selecting an alternative fencing option when the first set of vinyl fencing did not have all the component parts in stock. Dennis has always been helpful to me when I need help loading larger material and making sure it gets to the cashier area safely. Thanks to both of these guys. PS: the young man that was helping load in the pro area that day was also very helpful and friendly. I just did not get his name.

Excellent Customer Service meant a lot to us! Simaima at the Customer Service Desk provided "Above and Beyond" excellent customer service. She is a Jewel for Home Depot Store. She was helpful, smart, knowledgeable, efficient, and has excellent customer service skill. It's ~7:45 p.m. Simaima knew that our order was difficult to load up on our SUV. She even came out to help us to wrap the very heavy 17 3-inch drain pipes on the rack of our SUV with Chris. Chris was very nice, friendly and helpful as well. We highly appreciated their help.

Judy was super nice and helped us explaining how to use what we bought. Happy to see happy people doing their job.

Very nice and clean although the carts could be cleaned more. We had to go through 2 carts to find a cart with no trash in it. Very good variety of goods and easy to find. We found our desired products quickly and were very satisfied!
