    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 83 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My Review The employees always seem as if they do not want to help. The pass by customer on their way to other things without even asking one if they need assistance. It almost seems as if they are dodging the customer. Sometimes I walk in and I feel like I am bothering the employees when I ask for help. I know its not true because when they actually help me they are very pleasant. Also, its very difficult to get someone that actually knows how to assist one with projects. I mean last time I was in there and I was working on a small project and I asked someone for their insight to see if they would have a better way of doing it but it seemed as if I was taking to someone who was just hired to remember where items are located in the store and to stock the shelves. In the long run, if possible, a fix maybe to hire employees who are jack of some trades and enjoy making stuff and are savy with ideas. August 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall impressed, but a few minor complaints 1) There was a closed gate blocking one side of the aisle where I got the cement blocks, but not the other. It looks like someone got lazy and forgot to open both of them back up after whatever reason they were closed. 2) An employee started to answer a customer's question just a few feet away from me as I was about to exit the aisle while pushing a cart. Is there some reason why the associate couldn't have suggested moving to one side where it would be more convenient for other customers? 3) I was charged for 8"x8"x8" cement blocks when I bought 8"x8"x6". Only a $1.80 difference ($0.15/block x 12 blocks), but still.... Overall, I have a very favorable impression of the store. While I didn't need help, employees seemed friendly and eager to do so for those that did. June 26, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Review Clean store. I like the self-service registers. I would have given a 5 star if there was more people on the floor. June 19, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Erratic service and frustrating to use sometimes Some days we cannot find any help at all, other days there seem to be employees milling around but never any for the particular department we are in need of. Shelves are not necessarily stocked properly, and there is a definite difference in the caliber of salespeople available--some go out of their way to be helpful and others are decidedly unhelpful. Some displays or items are not priced, and one can't find someone to ask for a price. Today's attempt to use a coupon resulted in the discovery that lawn sprinklers are not part of the Lawn and Garden category. Go figure. Now I wonder if, by that logic, we should have tried to buy pool supplies and used the coupon since those are out in the garden section? May 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff The employees were extremely helpful and walked me to the aisle and helped me find not only my product but alternatives. June 9, 2016
