The associat in this store don't really have a leader at all .. The Asm name Daniel act rude with customer make me wonder what kinda trainning do they really have ..

5th time I've tred to purchase items for home move….only once did a clerk try to help and was distracted by another buyer…they treat you with no respect and make no effort to satisfy customer needs. Most have no clue as to what they are talking about. Wasted more time trying to get help than getting products on my own. Cashiers do not know how to honor coupons! Best bet is to research on your own and find isle and item and price, then order on line forpick up

Not a bad store. I also like the Home Depot east of here (on Slauson closer to the 110) because it's larger. But this is a solid Home Depot.

I previously went to the Fallbrook location (west hill, ca) and had such a horrible experience, I almost didn't stop at this Home Depot tonight. But my experience was vastly different. This associate (James) was walking in another direction, but when he saw me come down the aisle, he waited to inquire if I needed help. That's important to me, and very much appreciated.
