Great experience today from the time I entered the store to the time I left. Had to purchase and return items and all along the way the people were helpful, friendly and fast. All the items I was looking for were in stock and available.

This is an excellent Home Depot location. Every time I have visited this store I have been helped out beyond my expectations. Tonight Michelle helped me out in the patio furniture section, she was attentive, and friendly and so helpful. All of the ladies who were working the customer service desk were also friendly, smiling and attentive. The store is well organized and easy to navigate, not cluttered or hard to see what is on sale. Thank you Foothill Ranch for doing an excellent job, it makes it a great place to shop. This goes for the folks in the garden department too, where I buy just about everything for my home. From Mike to Larry in Garden, thank you for going the extra mile!!

The salespeople are helpful. I like the store, but the selection was very limited and we had to order on line. I would like to have the opportunity to see the stove before purchasing.

This Home Depot is fantastic. I always find the staff not only friendly, but very helpful and knowledgeable about home improvements. Jasmine in electrical is extraordinary. When I stumped her with an electrical issue, she took me to Ken, another team member who was able to solve my problem. Jasmine then assisted me in getting the right supplies to do the job. . .and trust me, I have no knowledge or business doing home improvements beyond hanging a picture, but thanks to both these team members, I was able to repair the job.

I come here almost every weekend and love this place. Very convenient location. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, specifically Michelle of special services.

The staff at this store is extremely friendly. I have seldom had to wait or search for help when needed, there is most always someone nearby to answer my questions. So far when I have needed assistance the staff has been knowledgeable and or helpful in finding someone who is. The garden center is beautiful with an excellent variety of plants. Thank you!

If you like to save a buck like I do the bags that are opened already with mulch, sand and pea gravel are a great buy at 50% off the original price.

Great garden center with a lot of good plant deals. Like the layout of the garden center, easy to find fertilizers, hoses, gloves, succulents and mulch. Good discounts on open bags of gravel and mulch.

If you are looking for some great deals on plants, I purchased six succulents for $2/plant in the garden center. Not sure why they were greatly discounted but they were of good quality. If you need any ground cover the opened bags of mulch are discounted by 50%.

I walk into this store and I am always greeted with a smile and someone always says HI.

This store always has many helpful, knowledgeable workers throughout the aisles. It's not so overwhelming when you know you can always find help with your questions and the search for products. I had immediate answers to which aisle to go, even for a small item. The cashiers are awesome and my last experience with Elaine was exceptional. She helped me save over $50.00 with discounts I had no idea existed.

I was picking up an online order for components for a DIY air conditioner. It helped to look for the items online because they indicate the aisle and bay the items are in. I like browsing through the store because I saw some other products for painting I needed. A paint stripper I like, Citristrip. Paint remover for accidentals splats, Motsenbocker's Lift Off and another product but works better on fabric, Krud Kutter. I also picked up some graffiti remover to have on hand. Everything is clean and organized and there's always a helpful staff member around.

I highly recommend going through Home Depot Lake Forest, to receive the best service for any home project. I would not go to any other store. Every step of the way with my kitchen remodel was done with exceptional work and exceptional people. Thank You!

I cannot say enough about the employees at this Home Depot, especially the Pro Desk. In any store, there will always be the dud, but rest assured, if you ask and have not received the information you need, ask someone else. I have always received the information I need, the product I need and the expertise I need, just be persistent. This HD is the best I have ever shopped at! If what I need is not in the store, they are more than willing to order what you need and keep you updated as to the process of getting that product to you. Definitely, a great shopping experience.
