We bought a ceiling fan in March 2023 and it stopped working in June. We went to Home Depot with no receipt or product. Beverly who was at the Customer Service desk managed to find our receipt using our credit card in which it was purchased. We needed to replace the motor and she helped us with returning the product, taking the pieces we needed so the ceiling fan could be fixed.

The employees seem nice and it means the company treats them well.

Went in today to place an order and received immediate assistance. I was brought over to pro services where a very nice young lady helped me out named marji. I got everything i needed and having it delivered to me this weekend.It’s good to see young people still having a good work ethic.

It was like shopping in a store with no employees from start to finish. Asked if they had an item I wanted and employee answered “I don’t know”…. Also, there was no option to check out with a cashier. They only had self checkout. I’m a senior and I had heavy plants and bulky items in my cart. I have bad arthritis and it took me forever to check out.

This location seems to be better with large crowds and traffic flow. Something that makes me stay away from other locations. Employees here also seem to have more time and patience to help when needed.

This store has great customer service. Needed to buy some tools for the yard and had a team member that was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right tools.

I purchased several pallets of pavers and appreciated the service and getting heavy materials delivered to our home.

We bought window shades 6 months ago. Part of order could not be made (no material) yet they refused to give me credit for 4 months. When the remainder of shades were installed, two were wrong. Now I am waiting 6 weeks because they did not bill me correctly. I cannot get through on phone so cannot get help

I went in to buy some paint for a project that I am working on at my house. The saleslady there was very friendly and very interested in my project. Joddi was very knowledgeable on the different paint brands and recommended to me what she felt would be the best for my project. I was very happy for her help and would definitely shop there again.

I ordered custom blinds and Stephanny was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She took her time and explained all the types of blinds and features. I was impressed!!

Just moved into a new place and homedepot is the place I go for most of my house renovation. Usually I go to the closest homedepot to my house because it's more convenient. Today I switched it up and drove to a homedepot a little further from my house and man was it worth the drive. Employees were super helpful and went above and beyond to help me locate exactly what I needed! All stores are mostly the same but what makes the difference are the Employees! If this homedepot is out of your way while looking for house renovation parts make the drive. It will make working on your new house that much easier!

The lady in the paint department, Kesha, really made a big boo boo. We asked for two gallons of paint, showed her a picture of what we wanted, she took my phone, entered the info on the computer, returned my phone and we went shopping for the rest of items we needed. When we came back, the paint was wrong. Not the color, but the base paint was not the right one. We wanted the Behr dynasty, and she just assumed it was too expensive for us, and decided to mix two gallons of the cheaper paint. We had to wait there for the two new gallons to be mixed, only to find out that the store only had one gallon left. So she offered to mix them in quarts. First, she assumed that 2 quarts make one gallon, which was wrong, it's four. After we correctly pointed it out, she said she would match the price of the gallon. And we stayed there waiting for the gallon and the four quarts to be mixed. Then, when we wanted to pay, she didn't know how to make the changes, and had to get a supervisor, but the supervisor was not available. So she recommended that we go to customer service. We went to customer service, only to be greeted by an employee who impolitely questioned why I was there and not at the cash. I explained the situation, she reluctantly grabbed the paint. Then she told me, very aggressively, that the paint is not returnable, which I know is not true, because I've read the HD policy months ago. She didn't know how to enter this into the payment system either. It turns out she just needed to enter two gallons, so basically scan the one gallon twice, which I could have done in the self-checkout instead of walking around the store. She ringed all the items, the paint, and didn't thank me for the purchase. I would like to get a supervisor call me to speak about this.

I always find what I need when I shop at this store. Eldine was the young lady who checked me out and informed me about taking the survey as well as the pro Xtra. Johan has excellent customer service skills and helped me get all the materials I needed for my project. I am extremely satisfied, thank you!

I just bought this product and find it to my liking, it works much better than the last camera doorbell I had. A very reliable product.

Normally you have to hunt around looking for someone to help you find whatever you are looking for or to answer your questions. NOT THIS TIME! Nathan found me and offered assistance before I ever asked. He found me exactly what I wanted and did it with a smile and a very positive attitude.

You know how complicated the paint counter can be - customers have lots of questions to make a selection or find any one of over 1000 products stocked at that counter and aisle adjoining. Today this store staffed the dept. between 3 and 4 pm with a single associate. Fortunately he was one of the best - empathetic, patient and very expert at the job. And no manager or associate ever stopped by to help him. I organized the line of waiting customers to help him out. The design of the counters are very poor - no clue for customers of where to line up for service - no signs to advise of service process - where are the merchandising experts or engineers?

Every time I have any issues or need to return anything the customer service staff is always helpful especially Myrna. Give her a raise

Selection of tropical plants for our new house was exceptional. Very healthy plants.

The gentleman that helped us find what we needed was very friendly and helpful. Also he was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on how to do the project.
