While the long time department employees are a great help and truly appreciated, there is now a lot of 'short term' help that doesn't know much. Way too many new faces every time I go in; all they can do is point you in the general direction or help look for something on the shelves. The store is clearly starting to have inventory problems in select areas - too often I've needed something that's not on the shelf, the computer system says it's in the store but no one can find it, thus it's missing or just never been ordered. Most frustrating is they are switching certain items to on-line only. Makes no sense when it's something that sells quite robustly (thus not in stock enough). Guessing the broken inventory system is giving false sales numbers and forcing product off the shelf. I'll be shopping at McBrides hardware more and more as this store looses ground.

This store was clean, the items were easy to find and we were so impressed we plan to drive to this location for all future home improvement needs!!

Always find what I am looking either with asst. or by myself. Clean and neat store, friendly associates. Great selection on products. You don't have just one item to choose from, they give a variety. Most of the associates are friendly and ask if you need anything. The other ones look like they just started and are shy. But if you asked them for help they will do their best to help . Also when I have had to take and item back for whatever reason, the cashier is nice and friendly with no big attitude like it was coming out of their pocket.. They have an associate at the door to ask if you need help and to be able to direct you to whatever section you need. Thank you Home Depot for building a store here in Lancaster, SC.

Eric the manager has helped me order tires for my john deere lawn mower made it very easy for me was not aware I could order them with home depot. Tires came in sooner than I expected. I shop at the Lancaster store several times a week.

The cashiers in the garden center were extremely helpful and friendly.

when checking out, cashier was preoccupied with something else that she was doing. Stood there, what seemed like forever, while she finished wiping down her screen. She never even acknowledged us until she was ready to scan our item.(no one waiting ahead of us)

Plenty to choose from. I like the unique plants and bushes available this year in the garden center.

Very appreciative of the help I received from everyone in the store. If they didn't have an answer, they found someone who did.

Garden center is well organized, items easy to find, and more than willing to help you.

I received help from employees who noticed I was struggling to put heavy mulch bags in my vehicle. Young man walked over and said "I'll get that for you ma'am." I really appreciate the efforts that are being made to improve the shopping experience.

Much better experience with the store than in the past.

They have an extensive variety of plants to choose from, including colors, heights, coverage, exotic, shrubs and trees... and lets not forget vegetables!

The associates are available and helpful, the store is super clean, lots of products to choose from. I choose Home Depot every time for my home do-it-myself projects, so that I can save more and do more!

I was very happy to shop in the plant nursery area. I found all I needed and checked out quickly and everyone was helpful. I felt that the employees were happy and friendly nobody was moping and all made eye contact and smiled as they helped--which is really great I have shopped a lot of places where the employees paid zero attention to customers and were even jabbering with another employee while checking me out. This store was far better service than that.

I know nothing about home repair and remodeling. When I went in I went to the paint department. I was very impressed with the employee's knowledge about the items that I needed. His tips also helped me a lot. He knew what products and supplies that I needed. Cut my time in the store in half and I walked away very satisfied and pleased.

I love my Home Depot. They are very friendly and lots of help. They are knowledgeable about the products. I love the fact that those that work in the flowers really know flowers. I have never had a bad experience.

I went to get items for my lawnmower and found them with ease. they were priced very reasonably and while I was there I found a great deal on a weed trimmer which I also bought. The store was clean, and well organized. when I went to check out I walked right up to a helpful employee who expedited the completion of my purchase and I left with a smile on my face.

During my recent visit to the Lancaster, SC store I purchased exterior paneling and 8 foot 4x4 fence post. When I was looking for the paneling I was immediately approached by a sales associate that offered assistance. I told the associate what I was looking for, bingo! all the selection, loading, heavy lifting was done. I was most impressed by the overall very friendly help that was provided. After checkout my truck was loaded, a warning flag attached and a friendly wave goodbye. I will definitely shop here again.
