I hate going into a store to buy anything, but I needed something faster than ordering online would take. I went into this store to look for a replacement part for my TV mount and an employee came up to me and asked me what I was looking for. She didn't even work in the department I was in but took the time to find what I needed and thanked me for my purchase. When was the last time you were thanked for shopping at a store? The cashier was very nice and it was obvious she knew the woman that helped me. I know I'm going to sound sexist, but a woman knew more about how to fix a TV mount than most of the men I work with. The times they are a'changin! Excellent work, Home Depot, for hiring people that want to help and training them in multiple areas.
