The people that work in this store are very, very helpful. The ones that helped us are Steve, Seth, and Jean. If the store was closer, I’d shop there all the time. It is two hours away from our home.

Horrible experience! Refused commercial account, no reason given! Watch out for add on charges for "enhanced" delivery options and windows! Add insult to injury, cashier neglected to give me my change...had to demand it! No apologies from any employee for such a horrible experience! Several other shopping options in area to bother with Home Depot!

I had such a wonderful experience while shopping for a wooden picnic table today. From Cara, who was extremely accommodating and professional, to Peggy in customer service, who graciously and expertly helped me convert an online order to delivery, to Austin, who saw to it my table would be taken to the proper place for loading, and to the manager, who ran out to bring me my cell when he noticed I had left it at the customer service desk! What a great, kind, and professional team!

I've never shopped in a store with so many helpful and friendly employees! I couldn't believe every time we were looking at something someone asked us if we needed help! And I usually did lol. Wonderful store to visit and shop in

I find the employees at this location very knowledgeable and helpful when I’m looking into purchasing things for our home such as carpet, sliding glass patio doors and paint.

I'm one to have ideas without knowing exactly how to do them. This time, Robert (D 21/22) in lumber, was the victim of my "help me figure this out!" routine. Instead of having one very expensive board cut, I saw some that was discounted but not as large. He was able to help me figure out how to complete my project which made it even better than what I planned, plus it saved me some money. Not to fear, what I saved was spent on something else I saw in the store that I didn't know I needed! Thanks Robert!

We choose to shop at the Lebanon Home Depot even though a competitor is just 3 miles from our home because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable - the store is clean and their employees know how to properly wear a mask.

Whatever you need and whatever help you require you will find at the Lebanon Home Depot. I have always been greeted by various Home Depot employees in a friendly and helpful manner whether its flooring,electrical, plumbing, garden supplies everyone is a blessing and I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I think surveys are useless. They only benefit financially the company that does the survey for HD. I've done many surveys in the past few years. I've never benefited from any of them. I shop at HD because they offer a 10% military discount. I served for 20 years and HD recognizes veterans for their service. I am loyal to HD because of how they treat veterans.

Everyone is SUPER HELPFUL! Well stocked good quality lumber. Great person in flooring and window treatments, Cat, who can help you with ANYTHING!

Cathy Burns, the associate, was great. Very polite, courteous, and professional. My purchase was very smooth. I have absolutely no complaints.

There were multiple employees that helped me on this shopping trip. Five to be exact. They were all positive, happy and extremely helpful. One person in particular was Dennis. I can’t remember the others names except for John. But they were all wonderful. I will for sure be going to Home Depot for my home improvement needs rather than Lowe’s.

Best of all the big box retail stores. Clean, neat, well stocked. Knowledgeable, well mannered and nice employees that we dealt with.

The middle age/older guy that works in electrical with longer grey hair pulled up is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. People like him is why I pass 2 other home improvement stores to get to Home Depot. Please let him know his help is appreciated. Incentivize that man!

Kent at Pro desk was great, very helpful and professional, handling our purchases quickly. The paint dept staff was good to point out the differences between paint choices and why it matters in choosing the right paint base thats going on differnt surfaces like pre-painted walls versus trim paint versus new wood custom shelves.

The store is very neat and organized. All employees are friendly but Cat and Lois are the best! They are always there to make my shopping experience great by helping me find a product or answer any questions. That's why I shop at the Lebanon Home Depot.

The day I was in there was a Thursday afternoon about 4:00. There were a lot of employees waking around in groups of 2, 3 and 4s. I needed to order something and the person that I needed wasn't there. A lot of excess people working. I needed a carpet tack strip cut and the person in carpeting told me where I could find them but didn't offer to call someone to cut it for me.

Everyone at Lebanon Home Depot are like family. They are very helpful and friendly. I like to go there to buy supplies for all my home and yard projects.

I always shop this Home Depot because the service is so much better than other big box stores. If what I need is not on the shelf the sales associate will find it for me.

Overall the store is great! The people are nice at this store and helpful which I have heard from my friends that other Home Depot’s are not great. The only thing I have problems with is that you don’t carry the random things that maybe needed. If I need something that might be a little different I don’t check at Home Depot at all since I do not know if you will carry it and if you do it normally needs to be shipped. I can go to Lowe’s since they have a lot of things in stock and they price match. Eg. are odd ball tools maybe for welding, wood selection, smart products, and even large items such as washer, dryers, and refrigerators. I feel majority of people don’t plan on buying new large items until the ones they have break and they need it right away. Since you don’t carry a lot in stock I would never go to Home Depot for large ticket items.

The store and restrooms are clean. I am always able to find an employee to help if I need it. Everyone is friendly. Prices are clearly marked and items are in stock when I need them.

Within 2 days I visited the paint counter at this store to have deck paint tinted and 2 different technicians assisted me. Both were knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Considering what we are all going through with this virus and masks and social distancing, a friendly face (even with a mask on) and friendly attitude are heartwarming.
