    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 221 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Miss my old store on Forest Lane I really miss the friendliness of the staff at the Forest Lane store. Of course, any Home Depot in Plano is 100% better than the one on Lemmon. People there trip over themselves to help you. They take you to the product and know their store. I have had people tell me an aisle to find something and once there learn it is many aisles away. I have to ask someone else. I find many people at the Lemmon don't bother themselves trying to know their store or trying to help. I have learned the store better than some employees and could help customers find things better than the staff. Some people are helpful. People at checkout are always friendly and helpful. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything we needed! They had everything we were looking for and they listened to our concerns. Told us exactly where to find the stuff we needed. The guy in Lawn and Garden even offered a couple iof items free to address the potential concerns we had with one of the items we where considering purchasing. His actions influenced our decision to make the purchase. June 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome place to shop My husband and I are having to replace items after an apartment fire. We have been to different Home Depots and they have been helpful and friendly, but this store was above and beyond what we have come to expect from H. D. Thank you for having such an awesome staff.
