This is my go to store. I bought an historic home in 2009. I've encountered help with every department from kitchen to bath to garden, etc. I know everyone's name. I've seen 3 store managers come and go and each were professional and always helpful. This is what keeps me going back to this location. I'm happy with the service and the staff. Special mention to Darlene in Garden, Brandon in Garden, and Christine in checkout line the cashier. They all made my experience enjoyable.

Wonderful salespeople Faby Contreras and Susie Ortega in Flooring! Helped me get a hard to order product finally ordered. Very determined and helpful! Thank you.

I went into home depot unsure of the type of paint I needed for my project. Store associate Ivory, helped me solve that problem though. She was patient and kind in helping me pick the perfect color! She even recommended a special painters tape to assist with my project. I will continue shop here due to my positive experiences!

The store was very clean and organized and the employee was very helpful on helping you to find what it was that you needed to finish your project I recommend this store to anyone that have a project that they are trying to finish because they're very knowledgeable about what you need thank you very much

We are doing some basic upgrades. The store is layed out the same, although where I thought things would be, they were tucked in other isles. Employees are much more attentive and helpful than the Cherry/Willow one here in long beach, ca.

This store is by far the BEST Home Depot store in California! I so want a part time job here working in the Garden Department to learn about plants and Gardening. And if I win the $5,000.00 Sweepstakes - I'm spending the entire $5,000.00 at this store on Flooring, artificial turf, and plants for my condo!

Yes, get rid of woman in the garden area. Seems she can only do one thing at a time. She has no multitasking skills. I left and went to the Customer Service counter and spoke with a man named Kimball. Excellent & wonderful customer service. I wasn't sure of the name of the product & described it and he knew immediately what I was seeking. He informed me of the number in stock, asked how many I wanted and asked me to wait while he went to get them, plus he got a basket for me too. Excellent outstanding customer service!

My experience at this store in was not so good. However, an employee Chris was good-natured by all means. Prompt, courteous and overall knowledgeable of the company's stock locations and policies. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills, rectifying the quality of service that I've known Home Depot to give. He made my task simple and my visit a delight. I found the items I needed with ease. Check-out was a breeze and I was a happy camper when I left the store. Way to Go Chris!!

Ismael and Alexis P. were such nice young men and extremely helpful in getting the toilet I purchased in the backseat of my car. Had they not been skillful and able to maneuver the box just right I would have had to return it, as I didn't have another way to get it home. I truly appreciated their time and help and was disappointed to find out they're not allowed to accept tips particularly since I felt it was well deserved.

This location is decent but I somewhat prefer the level of customer service that I've received at the nearby location on Cherry. In any case, I will continue to shop at both, depending upon my direction of travel, as I prefer Home Depot to other similar retailers.

Emiliano gave me great costumer service. He was very talkative and attended my questions.

Always have people ready to help me find what I need and get in and out and on with my day which is such a help I just wish they had a little bit more of a selection I use the 12 volt impact drills all day long and I need different types of bits I need a long number 2 screwdriver bit about 8 inches to 12 inches long and I need more extensions.

I have been shopping at this location for many years I always found it to be clean and well kept,the products are very easy to find and the people are very helpful...
