We live in Estes Park, CO and Home Depot is about 60 miles from us. It is definitely worth the drive. The selection is wonderful, the store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. We are remodeling our home and this Home Depot is our go-to store for everything we need! We also like shopping online and having things shipped to this store! I whole heartily recommend the Longmont Home Depot!

Friendly and attentive each time we go!

My last visit was a disaster....as I reported. The store manager called and we had a very positive discussion. I had not planned to return to this particular store. However, I was in the area and needed several items. Rather than travel further to a cation, I decided to stop. This visit was 180 different than the last. In the tool/hardware area I was greeted by a woman who was on a platform stocking. I asked her recommendations on several items. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took me to the proper area and discussed options and made valued recommendations. Much appreciated!!

this store hires women that was excellent for me because men don't generally want to help women because I don't think they know what they're talking about. However I encountered three women on this visit and they were all so helpful and really spent time with me to figure out what I needed and how to do it easier than I was planning on doing it. If you're ever in the store look for Jean, Judy or Alexa they are outstanding !

Tim (Ast Mgr) and Jen (customer service) only helpful people. Placed special order. Called 3 times to check availability. Never received call back. We called this AM and told order was available. Drove from Estes Park. All was available except 25 boxes of engineered wood flooring. Needed other items only to find empty boxes on shelves in two departments. Asked associates if more available and told they didn't know. When lifting flooring sheets was asked if I needed anything. I said some help would be appreciated. Individual helped on two sheets then asked younger associate to takeover. Then, laughingly said job for younger person....I'm 73. He might be 55. Flooring did come in later today so was able to pick up since was still in town. Found out by driving by to check on way out of town. Worst HD experience ever. More negatives but enough is enough!

Great store to shop. everyone helpful and friendly. Approached by at least two floor employees to ask if I needed help. Just love the atmosphere in this store. The world can be cold, so a little warmth feels so good and home depot made me feel that warmth. Thanks the store was very clean. no problem finding what I needed.

Every time we come into this store they have what we need. This is our favorite home improvement store and we have been shopping here for 14 years. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

The employees at this store are always very helpful and go out of their way to help me find things. I do appreciate that as I do not always have time to walk around for hours. I do like the large variety of items available. A little early to say this but I always love going into Home Depot at Christmas time and looking at the displays of Christmas items.

I had taken on a task of fixing a plastic coffee cart that our officehad purchased that need replacement legs. As I perambulated the store I ran into Troy and Kathleen. They not only assisted me in finding a replacement part but they also measured and hand cut the legs to my specifications! I was so thankful to find them they helped make my project smooth from start to finish!!

The store is clean and the employees friendly. We were shopping for a riding mower. Jorge, (whizzo), assisted us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile to make our purchase go smoothly. He helped with the checkout, being sure we had all the items needed, he and another employee loaded the mower and loaned us ramps so we could upload the mower at home. Jorge displayed employee commitment to great customer service...and his smile rocked it.

Got wonderful service from the appliance department - Clark was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Deliberately returned here to make the purchase, after checking out the competitors, because of the service.

Warranty on light bulbs is for 90 days only regardless of what the packaging on the light bulbs (mine said 7 years). Was told to contact manufacture of light bulbs for any failure after 90 days. This is not what the store did in the past!! Failed to give me my Military Discount.

The customer service here from ALL employees, young or old, could use some fine tuning. I want to feel welcome here and that you want my business. It is understandable that there is a LOT to learn working for such a big company, but I might start driving all the way over to the Firestone Home Depot, or better yet the Lowe's on Hwy 119.

This store has had most everything I've needed for a home renovation, as well as available friendly and helpful associates. What else could one ask for?

I would like to see: lower prices, a few more choices in products. You could make aisles slightly narrower and therefore be able to carry more varieties of inventory. I would also suggest fewer GE and Whirlpool appliances because they are substandard quality.

This Home Depot store has many helpful employees available to help. Their selection of supplies is always stocked and very easy to locate. Always a great experience!

This store functions like all other Home Depots; Generally hard to find an employee to get help, but they are helpful once you find one. The main reason I am putting a 3 star rating is because this Home Depot plays politically incorrect music. Country Western. Longmont Community is at least 50% more progressive than that. Let the country music listeners listen to that shallow, annoying, hogwash in their trucks! I do not want to listen to it while I am shopping - it's disturbing to thinking processes.

I just moved here, but I have been pretty impressed with the service at this store, even though the carpeting and tile area seems to be understaffed.

I recently moved to the area and have been to the Home Depot in Longmont, Colorado an approximately 6 occasions. I am always impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the employees at the Home Depot in Longmont.

The staff spent a great deal of time with me trying to find a good solution to a problem I had. They came up with very creative solution. All the staff I had contact with were very hepful and friendly.

I return to this store over and over. It's the third most convenient but the one I go to most. I live closer to Lowes and Ace but I find it worth the extra time to go to Home Depot. They have the best people in the business. and for me it's the people that make the store work.

Love to shop at this store. Employees are always very nice and they usually have things in stock that I need. Always great seasonal items too, and plants!
