All the employees were great. They helped me find exactly what I needed. The lady in the paint department was awesome. And she went above and beyond explaining to me what I needed on my first dyi project.

Am always pleased to go to the Lorain Home Depot the staff there is helpful and polite. Especially Sarah at Pro Desk and James who I can always find when on the floor if I need something. If you sold groceries I would never have to shop anywhere else

Convenient location, shelves are always stocked, always have friendly staff, clean store. I will always come back.

I purchased a shed from Home Depot. They were nice enough to find the last one, got me checked out, and even had someone help me load the shed. Beyond Impressed and definitely will be doing my business there from now on! Thanks for all the great help and knowledge!

Sam in appliances did a great job helping me track down a new refrigerator. Adelle in customer service was a bulldog getting to the bottom of a problem in the billing department. Thanks to them both!! I think HD has a problem in billing so pay attention to your bill, don't just pay it.

Google product before ever buying because they will not refund or fix flooring even when bought and installed by Home Depot.

Crystal at the Paint desk is completely useless except for holding up the paint counter. She's rude and lacks knowledge or at least acts like she lacks knowledge so she won't have to do anything. Pauline at the returns talked about me to another employee as I was leaving the store, because I returned paint that Crystal had mixed into the wrong brand. It clearly states on Home Depots web site that paint can be returned, "Paint Satisfaction Guarantee Policy". Pauline was told to return the paint by another employee. Apparently me returning paint that was mixed wrong by someone who doesn't give a crap comes out of Pauline's pay check.

I mange an apartment complex that consists of 120 units between 2 properties so I spend alot of time at your store and have gotten to know the staff there pretty well. To say the least they are a great group of people and have always been very helpful and polite. The Pro Desk people are the best ever.

I HAD AN ISSUE AND I ASKED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER. HIS NAME WAS BILL. HE WAS AWESOME. HE LISTENED TO MY ISSUE AND I REALLY FELT VALUED AND HEARD. HE UNDERSTOOD AND TOOK CARE OF MY CONCERN RIGHT AWAY, ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTION. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULT AND I FELT UNDERSTOOD. I HAD A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOME DEPT. I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE SHOPPING AT THIS HOME DEPOT.

I believe you prices are to high, I understand about covid and all. However, your goal should never be your investors & your wallet first. Your prices are ridiculous! I will be looking for other less expensive alternatives.

The attendance were very helpful and willing to help you in what ever you wanted. Clean and fresh smelling store. Everyone had there face mask on.

FAST CLEAN EASY TO CHECK OUT.

I DO MOST OF MY SHOPPING AT THE LORAIN STORE BECAUSE IT HAS PRICES THAT ARE HARD TO BEAT.AND IT USUALLY HAS WHAT I NEED.

Although I am not a huge fan of big box stores, the manager Leyanne was outstanding to deal with and I am completely satisfied with the outcome of our discussion.

You are guaranteed to get a fabulous kitchen working with Tracey, their in-house designer. Great eye for detail and understanding of what makes a great kitchen.

If you're handicapped... Don't forget youre going to do some extra walking when you get done because you cannot pay for your purchases or go out the door you came in through nor park close to the store. Entrance is on one end of the store & the exit is completely on the opposite end of the store!!!

This store is very close to home. We enjoy shopping here. We find what we need when we need it. This store is well stocked and very neat and clean. The staff is friendly and gives service with a smile. Thank you!!!

The Store Manager did a great job with our transaction. We felt welcomed and very satisfied. The store is well organized and fully staffed. Thank you for caring for our community.

The Lorain Home Depot is filled with employees who will "go the extra Mile" to help you with your shopping needs. We found knowledgeable and responsible people in every department. We were very impressed. It all made for a good experience.

Store was clean and well organized, and we couldn't find the size of door that we needed. However, cheers to Erik, an associate in the doors Department, we were able to order the correct size. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to help us out. And NO, he is not my relative (smile). I definitely will keep doing business with Home Depot.
