Place a on line order to be pick at the store as we in the area to work on a project. it was to be more convent for us. We order chain link. We were told by the employes not order stuff like that on line. My son was was not treated with respect. and they tried to sell me a broken gate. will stay away from the Los Lunas store. I do not believe the family i have in area will be shopping there as well.

The store is well stocked with house supplies and a great amount of product that one can choose from.

The last time I shopped here I had a very unpleasant experience with a group of employees but this time made up for it. Mike in plumbing was very helpful. I am a bit elderly and Mike took over helping me get my purchase through check out and into my car. This made up for the unpleasant episode from last time and the less than pleasant discussion I had with a manger concerning that episode.

Employees were all cheerful and helpful. Our greeter and ultimately our checker, Kathy, was helpful and happy. A joy to shop and find everything and have a pleasant experience.

This store has hired a group of young men that are very obnoxious and difficult to deal with. I will in the future look else where first before returning here. They do have many long term people who are just wonderful, helpful and understanding but this younger group is a real problem with their attitude toward customer and elderly customers in particular.

Every time I go to this Home Depot, I get really good service and friendly people. I usually need help because I am not that good when it comes to gardening and even tools in general. It's always a pleasure to go there.

Adriana is the cashier that checked me out and was so nice and friendly. She acknowledged every customer and apologized for the wait. All of the staff that I have ever encountered at this store has ALWAYS been nice and helpful beyond what most places would even consider doing for their customers. Customer Service is not an easy job to do but this Home Depot has hired the best of the best! Thank you

I would not recommend anyone buy anything with moving parts/appliances from this store as they do not let you return them- I recently bought a washer that worked fine but I was not fully satisfied with and wanted to return it, Not even having had it for two weeks and they would not take it back or let me trade it in, and they were quite rude about it.

There were lot of employees each asking if I needed help. That was nice.

The staff are always friendly and if you look lost at all they will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. There is always enough staff on hand to assist.

The Home Depot In Los Lunas #3511 is a very friendly store, We always find what we are looking for. If we need assistance there is always some one there. They have a discount for the military that is great.

The store in Los Lunas is always clean and stocked with everything i am looking for. The employees are also very friendly and helpful!! I like going to that store and always find what i'm looking for!! No need to go anywhere else!! It's like a one stop shop!!

Awesome staff overcomes the occasional out of stock on items that as very commonly needed. Inventory is sometime spotty but all and all this is a go to source for me.

On 01/21/177 we drove an extra 25 miles round trip to go the store 3511 in Los Lunas . The employees were all very available and courteous . We were well taken care of in 4 different departments, in addition to the cashier and the employees that loaded us and tied down our material. We appreciated it vert much
