The young people were very patient and personable

I recently had to purchase a new hot water heater and chose this Home Depot. I had great service. The employee in the plumbing department was knowledgable and very helpful. He was able to get everything I need and brought to the front for me. Kimberly was the cashier that I dealt with at the check out. She was helpful and was able to offer me a coupon for a discount which was great. Her front manager had mentioned she was new but you couldn't tell. Everyone I dealt with at the store was helpful and polite. I definently will be shopping at this Home Depot again.

I don't recommend the guy named Kelly over lumber. He's rude and does not care to put customers in dangerous situations. However I would recommend the cashier Cindy. She is the absolute nicest employee there.

I FOUND ALL MY ITEMS EASILY

Clean and more or less well organized, I was asked if I needed any help by multiple employees (sincerely I feel) . My Cashier was beyond good and friendly (thank you Melody ) and little to no wait time at check out line. Over all the store seems efficient as I visit this store somewhat often and multiple other hardware type stores. This one in particular stacks up near the Top. Thank you for that. Tony

Great Shopping Experience With Very Friendly Staff.

Kimia, the cashier tonight, went above and beyond to help me when I told her how hard it was for me to walk very far. I wanted a shower chair. She told me to stay put and she went and got what they had and brought them to me so I could decide. This was great for me. She was helpful, friendly, professional and very caring. Excellent shopping experience.

I have been in this store several times a week, and have had a great experience each time. The staff is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the store, and where things are located. Also the cashiers are always friendly and helpful as well ;)

The store was clean and neat. The customer support staff were too busy to help. It’s okay. Possibly hiring a question and answer person to seek out customers that need help would be a good thing. That’s my two cents. :) I’m a life long customer. Take care

The two cashiers were SO friendly and nice. (Toni & T????) I got all the assistance that I needed very fast and with ease! The store was very cleaned and organized.

Service on a slow Monday at the paint desk was slow. Waiting for 15 minutes before being served with no other shoppers was not acceptable.

The Madison store was clean and the employees were very polite. The ones in Flooring were most knowledgeable and very assistant.

This Home Depot has a really good lighting selection. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back.

My favorite store and close to home . They have the best deals most of the time and have the items I need for Decks and home improvements , also what I need to maintain my John Deere riding mower and mulch for flowers and vegetable plants. The best selection for plants in the spring and early summer.

Brandy the windows specialist is awesome and has good customer service skills made me calm down right away and saved me lots of money and time by knowing what she’s talking about!!! I’m not goin to Lowe”s the low down store anymore.
