I learned something new. The little plastic or metal things that hold up shelves are "Shelf pins" not brackets. I asked where brackets were and was sent right there, but they were not what I needed.

It sure helps to have knowledgeable staff when renovating a NYC apartment--and everyone renovates...even if just a little.
I tend to have champaign taste but a beer budget. With some design smarts and HD's endless inventory, I put together a totally awesome place.

Store always looks clean when I visit. Busy store as to why associates are not always available. That is a good thing because everyone seems to be hard at work for someone.

Marty is your go to for all locksmith needs at the 23rd St NYC store! He is a true subject matter expert. He rekeyed various locks for me. While rekeying them I asked lots of questions and he showed me what he was doing so I felt like I got a mini lesson on how to take the lock apart, check the striking mechanism and putting it back together in the process simply by observing how he worked. Thank you Marty for the Excellent service!

This location was well maintained. I was able to find everything I wanted and more. Associates were very helpful and polite. I wish the Home Depot by my residence was more like this location.
