As I walked into the store I saw many associates were available. I asked where to find my supplies and he told me exactly where to find it and said he would help me. He was working on a display and I said go ahead and keep working I will find it, and I did , right where he said it would be! /at the self check out the girl came a helped me even though it was self check. I appreciated that and when I left she told me to enjoy the rest of my day....WITH and big smile on her face!! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes because of the availability of their associates!! /thank you Massillon Home Depot....Go Bulldogs!!! :)

We had a lot of questions - and got the answers. Very surprised at some of the answers - new technology.

I live close so I run over anytime I need something. Employees are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be too many self check out counters

Great employees that were some of the most helpful I've come across in a home improvement store.

Needed some help choosing a grass seed product to mend some bald spots in my front yard. Also needed some help choosing flowers for our for our front yard. Both people who assisted me were friendly and helpful.

I was more than pleased with the service I received at the garden center department The young man ,Jarad, not only loaded my bags of mulch but gave me some very helpful information about the product. The young man at the register ,James ,was very pleasant and accurate.

We always get great service here but B I l always goes above and beyond. Spell check would allow Bill with one L!!!

found exactly what I needed to repair a leak. easy to find, good prices.

Store overall clean, lighting good. Shelves stocked and relatively clean. Great store...love coming to this place. (Wife swears I like the store better than home. Sometimes.....)

I researched my product online. When I found what I wanted their website told me that the product was in stock and what aisle and bin the product was located.

I've never had a bad experience at the Massillon Home Depot and any time I've needed help there has always been someone within a couple isles that could point me in the right direction. Thanks to all of you who work so hard and take pride in what you do!

I needed plumbing parts which can be confusing. The gentleman helped me find everything I needed to do the job.

The store was very clean. All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I always have a GREAT experience while shopping at this Home Depot.

Customer service was excellent. Store associate was extremely helpful in assisting us with making selections to remodel our bathroom. He provided us with ideas and assured we obtained the needed materials to complete the project successfully!!! Couldn't be happier with the results!

We had problems with a grill we purchased! The manager and store associates went above and beyond to satisfy our needs!

The store has a good selection of appliances. The Appliance Specialist, Kimberly Smith, took a lot of time with me, showing me what was in the store and also what was on line. Kimberly answered all my questions and offered assistance in helping me decide what appliances I wanted. Kimberly also took time to help me open a Home Depot account.

The cashier was very pleasant and told me about Home Depot credit card benefits. The building is always clean. The lawn fertilizer bags were broken open and leaked onto floor.

My wife and I were very happy with our shopping experience at the Home Depot in Massillon. Kimberly was very helpful and we look forward to several more purchases at the Home Depot in Massillon!!

When I ask where I might locate the products that I went to the store to purchase, I was given specific directions to those products.
