The people that work here are always helpful and in good spirits. Their willingness to help and knowledge of products is very good. The store is kept clean and the bathroom as well.They know your time is valuable and will get you done as fast as they can.

This store is awesome. Not because it's Home Depot, but because of the people running it. In a time where customer service is dead, these people excel. Highly recommend this Home Depot over all others.

You could tell this store is well-managed it's clean everything is where it's supposed to be and if you ever need any kind of appliance see Cesar Acevedo appliance specialist he will do everything in his power to make you happy with your purchase! A very nice guy! Good person!

The person in the Appliance dept, named Ceasar, went out of his way to be helpful and explained all of the options. He has high energy and very nice. We ended up going back 3x because of measurements and details, but we went back to Home Depot because of his service. Lowes is right down the street and we did not price shop due to his attentiveness. Everyone in the store seemed much more attentive than other stores that we have been in. Very good experience. This is the first time that I have taken the time to write a review.

Great appliance dept. if you don’t see what you’re looking for on the floor, they will go into the computer and show and explain items that they do sell online. Associates are friendly and knowledge. Great customer service!

I have been going to this Home Depot since it opened. Many of the employees have been there since the opening, and they are all from our community. The employees are friendly and able to answer many of your questions, regardless of the department.

The customer service was great. They go out of their way to help you find what you need and if they don't have it they will order it for you. They even helped us load the flooring onto our truck.

Having shopped at many hardware and building supply stores (including many other HomeDepots), this store is a model for customer service! We have used it for several major home renovation projects, and have been totally satisfied every time. Furthermore, the staff is attentive, knowledgeable and professional. We recommend it HIGHLY.

Do not deal with the Asst Mngr Regina, she rude and dismissive. We rented equipment it ruined our stuff and she blew us off completely and was should not be in a authorities position!

Had a great experience at this store with an employee who was very knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to help. Another home improvement store could not help me, but he sold me exactly what I needed and the project turned out perfect! I will definitely do much more business with this store, thanks to their excellent customer service!
