Every little electrical tool or material the home depot has in stock all the time on my experience.

Store was filthy, help was hiding and treated you with total disrespect, I would not go back until Home Depot gets rid of the trash

Karen was extremely helpful in the paint department. She entered into our granddaughters' excitement about painting their rooms, and helped us determine how much paint was needed for the job. She was a pleasure to work with.

The McDowell Store has very friendly workers. They are always looking to assist. Every employee that walked pass me greeted me. I will continue to shop this store.

I would like to see a line of Bath & Boudoir furnishings. Perfect for the bed and bath room.

I walked in and asked a question and it was answered and I bought what I needed and left.

I was planning on adding laminate flooring in my home and was confused on everything. Kieth in the flooring department was amazing.. His patience, knowledge and the ability to educate me was exceptional!!! He guided me through the entire process and was able to handle any questions or concerns I had. The rapport was great!! I purchased the Laminate floor and and setup an installation.

Awesome store and Awesome experience. Came to rent a flat bed truck (which was about half the cost of a local competitor for the small job that I had). Dinah and Ed in Tool Rental were absolutely great! They had wonderful chemistry working together and actually seemed like the enjoyed their jobs! Very helpful, efficient, and personable and professional from start to finish. Then the store as a whole...everyone was the same from the time I walked in the door. Everyone was willing to help and DID. I highly recommend this location!

I have shopped in many of your stores, but started at the 75th & McDowell Store (#0455). It is a 180 mile round trip to shop at this store and normally drive past a couple stores of your stores that would make my trip 20 to 30 miles off that distance. Including a LOWES that would shorten the mileage by 50* miles. I do this because the layout is familiar, the employees have always been helpful, (a couple times lacking the knowledge to complete the task at hand). However I return to the McDowell store.

This is absolutely my favorite store. There's one other nearby, but I have been going to this one since it was built. Not even sure how long ago that was, but I've lived in the same house nearby for almost 39 years. I consider myself to be totally loyal to Home Depot, including this location, and will remain a loyal customer there. Today's experience was great, and last month, I ordered several items online for Christmas gifts. Everything arrived exactly on time. I liked one of them so much, I ordered another for myself.

The employees are helpful and knowledgeable without being condensing. I love shopping there.

Love this store and the employees are friendly and helpful just about every time. I only have one observation and it is with your opinion survey questions about the cashier asking if I would like to open a credit account. Since I always use my Home Depot credit cards I see no point in the cashier asking if I would like to open an account. The cashiers do a great job.

I believe Home Depot would benefit greatly by investing in a parking lot resurfacing project at this location. It would show the pride we have in the generations that have lived and shopped in the Maryvale area. This must be one of your highest or most profitable locations because Desert Sky Mall generates the most sales taxes of all the Mall in the City of Phoenix. Thanks for all your hard work at this location and to all your wonderful staff.

clean, and friendly, had the tools i needed

I came here for a couple herb plants to get started in my garden. All the plants were in bad shape. The leaves on them had been eaten away and where extremely holey. I don't feel like what i paid for these plants was worth what i got. I wont be back to purchase plants from here again.
