I went to this store to purchase "visqueen". Upon entering the store, I immediately asked an associate where to find this particular product. He pointed towards the "building supplies" (at the opposite end of the store) and said it was "over there" (like I was bothering him). Traveling to the location specified (in building supplies), I asked a second associate (in building supplies) where to find a roll of visqueen and his response was "I've never heard of that" ?!?, Once I explained what it was, he pointed to the opposite end of the store (where I originally entered and asked the first associate) and said it was in the last isle but the larger rolls were "online" only and that the store only had smaller rolls in stock. I went to the opposite end (AGAIN) and found the larger rolls, (the ones that I was told it was online only and not in store). Talk about wasting my time !!. These employees should be familiar with the products in the store, knowledgeable as to what they sell and most of all be HELPFUL. Do not just point to the other end of the store and state "it's over there", actually take the time to take the client to the product. Neither associate was helping someone else, therefore each had time to take me to the product instead of having me walk from one end to the other multiple times. Not knowing what the product was or asking another associate to help, and then stating that it was an online item only come to find it in the store. Had I listened to them, I would have left the store with NO product. EMPLOY KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE or at least ones that are willing to take the time to actually help the customer !!!
