I found the items eadoly i was looking for. The guy in lumber was very helpful. Assistance was available. The store was very neat, and the associates were very helpful.

This is my main location l for all of my contracting supplies. Lost my 10% off pro paint rewards, because of a new policy this year, which I had for 15 years. This sometimes changes my decision on paint supplies and stains.

I shop at this store often because of the friendliness and helpful attitude of the store employees.

Man at Garden Center said "NO discount to veterans on Sales Items"...when I went to check out........so I went to center of store to check out and had no problem getting a 10% discount.......what was that all about?

I was greeted by the most pleasant of customer service reps that I've ever dealt with in my life. I opened up an account with Home Depot and the whole transaction was as smooth and pleasant as any I've ever encountered. The young lady who waited on me had a wonderful personality, a friendly smile and I thanked her very much for her kindness. Home Depot has great employees, but some go above and beyond. I see this young lady moving up the cooperate ladder.

Staff are friendly, store is easy to navigate, definitely prefer this store to any of the other local home improvement stores.

i brought the floor model they had to take it down cut tiedowns. use the lifttruck,we blocked the isle,for safety.i have cut my wifes gravesite, at the black creek Baptist church where i have put down sod. i raised the mower to the 5th height adjustment it worked beautifuly,ibrought it for this purpose as iam noy strong enough to start the gas mower,and this mower is light enough that i can put it on my pickup truck.Praise the Lord!!!!

Good store, only 1/2 mile from home so our go to store.

Store was clean and associates very helpful I needed a de-humidifier and the associate showed me what was available and put it in the cart for me.

I have found that Home Depot has an exceptionally large stock of in-store items and has met all of my requirements. I love their Home and Garden department. Their flowers and other plants are very beautiful and well-maintained. My shopping experiences has always been great!

This store employs older experienced salespersons that are very knowledgeable. I find it gratifying that a company in this day and age recognizes and appreciates older workers. These salespeople know how to treat customers with knowledge and respect. I reccomend this store 100percent!

I love this store and it's employees. I have been going in this store since they built it and know most of the employees by name. When you go there you can expect to get knowledgeable help from knowledgeable people. Here are a few Examples: Electrical- Leroy, Don, & Sharon. Flooring- Dawn. Plumbing- Diane. Kitchens- Ellen. Customer Service- Hope. Paint- David & Bonita. And many more... I don't mean to leave out anyone, but their a lot of good people working in this store!!!

I love this store and the superb customer service! Before coming to this store, I had a horrible experience with a Lowes store near me and my blood was boiling by the time I left it and headed to Home Depot. Once I entered the door at this Home Depot, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. By the time I had found what I needed and was leaving I had three employees to ask me if I needed help with anything. The customer service is impeccable!

I just want to say that you have a cashier named Mark, who was extremely pleasant and helpful to me today. He is the kind of cashier (employee) that every store should have.

We received exceptional service at the Mechanicsville location. Andy, the assistant manager helped us with what we needed to build our own shed. He spent hours with us to help us get all the supplies we needed. He also gave us invaluable information, to help us along. He was so patient and understanding. We cannot thank him enough. The other employees (David in customer service, and the gentleman in the wood department) were extremely helpful, as well. I highly recommend this Home Depot location. We have never received this level of service at any retail store.

The staff in this store was very helpful while I was trying to decide on a riding lawnmower. The staff was very pleasant and a joy to work with.

Good Store

Sharon greeted me and asked how I was doing and after I told her I was having a rough day, she greeted me with a hug. After, she gave me love she asked how she could help me. I told her I ordered a sink that was too big for my bathroom and needed to find a smaller sink to accommodate my space. She quickly took me to the area and proceeded to help. In addition, we picked out a medicine cabinet and a faucet. She even looked at light fixtures with me. When done, she made sure I checked out quickly with Jayla and got Richie to took my items to the truck for me. Each employee went over and beyond. Homedepot, this is how you do it! Stay awesome!!!

I love battery powered products like the Ryobi Riding Mower, power tools and more. I was so impressed that I accessorized my Ryobi 100ah (expensive but exceptional) Riding Mower with a pull behind dethatcher, a four wheel cart, a seed spreader and an aerator. My wife , children and grand children can operate this equipment without me.
