Store is well organized, stocked and clean. Employees are consistently helpful, actually walking through the store with me to help me find exactly what I need.

The associates here go above and beyond. If you get one that is not sure, they will call in one that is.

I love my Milford Home Depot store. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Also, everything I need is always in stock.

For quick trips in and out and self check out is very convenient, staff always helpful. Their interest free credit card (for a time period) for major projects is great.

This store is very convenient and has been very helpful for a number of years. Keep up the good work. The sales person in the tool area was very helpful and knowledgeable in providing answers to my questions. Even when the answer was not what I wanted to hear (the Job Max attachment is only available over the interweb. Dang!!!

I had great service from numerous sales associates at The Home Depot in Milford. I finally got everything I had been putting off over the summer - House wash, Grub killer, Mole bait, Hardwood floor deep cleaner, and even duct tape. The sales associates helped direct me to the proper isles and the products. What a great experience. Great service! Thanks Home Depot. Now I just need to get a bunch of work done at the house.

Had issues finding my receipt and the Emily was able to look up my purchase by simply checking my card and helped me out extremely fast and had a smile the whole time I was there. Also went ahead and made another purchase while I was there and all the employees were smiling and super helpful.

Whenever I go to Home Depot there is someone always asking if I need help finding what I,m looking for.

Went to buy a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower, they didnt have the keys or Manuel for the lawn mower, searched for about half a hour to hour for them but no luck, we also rented a truck from tool rental, the emplyees were extremely rude, an had more then enough choice words to say to us, once we got the truck an went back up front, they were still looking for keys, our time already started for the truck so we were sitting waiting on them, after they gave up we got a universal key to start the lawn mower an had to print out the manuel, also the MOD was also busy the first time an also the second time was at lunch when we dropped back off the truck, issue was not handled proberly an I am yet to hear from a manager. Overall very disappointed.

This store is great. I shop here several times a week. I always get great service. I had a patio door installed and couldn't be happier from the moment I spoke to a door specialist to the ordering process for a custom size door to the installers, everything worked so smoothly. The store is clean and all employees I've had contact with are very professional and courteous. Great job! Thank you!

ladders in the aisles. can't get to anything. workers in groups chatting...special needs cashier the only lane open while head cashiers chill and chat at self checkout. This place is a joke

Cathy in the garden center is always a great help and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Home Depot in Milford is my go to store for all my outdoor needs.

The store is very conviently located for me. The garden shop employees also seem to love working the department and are very helpful. The plumbing dept needs a few more knowledgable ppl. Paint dept has always been on mark for me and helped find better items then I jnew about. Did my whole new house in custom blinds and washer/dryer- Great experiences.

The change in the personnel at this store over the last couple of years has really been an improvement, Really enjoy shopping here now. Keep up the good work. It is well stocked and the associates are extremely helpful and friendly

HELPFUL EMPLOYEES.

This is a great store, the associates are always willing to help and are all very friendly. They have items in stock so you don't have to run all over town looking for something. I hate being told (like other store in Milford) that I have to go on internet to order an item, if I wanted to go online I would not be in the store in the first place.
