Had the best experience working with Maria on my kitchen design!!

Though I have several stores that I could choose as well as those that are not home Depot, I prefer this store because it is usually well stocked within supply capabilities and it is always clean and well maintained inside and out.

So far everything is working fine

I wanted to buy 7860 pavers. I can't place an online order because no store has that many. I called the W. Colonial stores several times (6 miles). I got put on hold and eventually hung up on. I called HD 800#, they connected me with the manager of the Millenia store (18 miles). She handled it in less than 5 minutes. All she needed was my contact info, the item info, the quantity and BOOM...DONE. Thanks Millenia store.

Working with Maria to design our new kitchen was a great experience. Her ideas were great and we can't wait to see how it all turns out.

Always a pleasure coming to this Home Depot. They have the best customer service in Orlando hands down!

good experience ordering my new garage door

During my most recent visit and store purchases at Millenia Plaza Way 0rlando Fl, the store was a bit more crowded after the holidays and the check out line long. However, I did receive excellent customer services from Store Representative Anastasia. She immediately assisted me in scanning a few bar codes of a few “ separate items” that had ID letters but no prices and she was able to ID the SKU number, name item and price. The process went quickly and she was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Store Representative Anastasia had a most wonderful and contagious “Big Smile” and spoke in clear and concise language and tone. She thanked me and invited me to come visit Homedepot again. That is an attitude and customer service I appreciate.

Another Home Depot said there'd be several 30A breakers here, so I raced across town to get them. With 20 min left, I expected the typical arrogant "we're closing soon" attitude. I saw a young Home Depot employee, and quite honestly, I lowered my expectations to fit his age. I was shocked at the phenomenal attitude and ABOVE AND BEYOND effort made by "Jeremy R" to help me. Though the store did not not have what I needed in stock, which was stressful, Jeremy's service amazed me more than anything. When I asked the cashiers at customer service on how to report this, they were overjoyed for their fellow employee. What?? Is this 2021?? I haven't seen anything like this in decades. This is my #1 store now!

I would love to give all the stars ... this store has fantastic employees, but the lack of materials for electrical is something that will soon make me look for competing stores!

Been here doing a construction project and have been 4 months coming into this home depot. Not once has anyone ever greeted me or ask me if i need any help. I have loaded large loads of lumber and have never had any help or anyone ask. Never had any cashier ask if i need any help loading These managers in the store are never out on the floors helping customers, checking to see if store is stocked The store is poorly stocked and always in mess. Back in the lumber there are carts full of stuff and you cant get the lumber to load.

David is awesome! I drive by two other stores in my way there, but the associat David make all the differences!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at this Home Depot. I often shop here for all my needs to fix up the house and things around the house. Since the store opened this has been my neighborhood Home Depot and will continue to be my neighborhood on Depo until I move
