If you are in the market for windows or doors, John at this Home Depot is your go to guy. He knows all there is to know about the products - and the installation - of what is available. He is also very patient and will take the time to explain everything. I left the store very confident in the outcome of my project.

I was able to find assistance immediately when needed! First, there was a knowledgeable greeter at the entrance. Then, there was someone quickly available in or near the sections I was searching in. Everyone was friendly and took initiative in offering their assistance. I will definitely choose to shop in this particular location again.

I like this store, always clean, very friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable personnel, always willing to help.

Patricia was very helpful and gave good advice about the major appliance I purchased. HOWEVER, the delivery date for my appliance came and went with only a curt phone call telling me that the appliance wasn't coming. There was no additional contact. I called a couple of days later and was told the unit was lost at the dock, but I would be contacted. A couple of days later I called and was told that I could only deal with the manufacturer or delivery service, that Home Depot couldn't help. I heard nothing for another couple of days so finally I called and after being on hold was told that they had put my order in a "Pending" status and that the unit could not be located in their dock. Problems happen: it's how they are dealt with that matters. This is just horrible customer service and I would imagine buying an appliance from Home Depot is playing the odds. If it goes wrong, they just aren't responsible - but they don't tell you that when you're making the purchase. My advice: find a local appliance store that will chase down your order if something goes wrong. Use Home Depot for nails and drywall.

I was looking for a fresh look in my house. I decided to paint. The employees were very helpful in determining which kind of paint would be appropriate for each paint job. They were also very patient while I decided exactly what I wanted.

This location has friendly employees that are always helpful and cheerful. However, that's where this positive feedback ends. Whoever runs this store should go visit the Old Bridge location on Rt.9 08857. Clean, neat & straight are always good standards to follow, even in the middle of changing seasons. I'm surprised this location isn't cited for safety or fire hazards with the amount of garbage filled shopping carts, broken merchandise and re-stock pallets that litter the sales floor. And PLEASE - for the love of home improvement - PAVE THE PARKING LOT!! How has no one noticed that you can't push a flatbed to your truck without everything vibrating off! It's almost funny - if it wasn't sad.

This is my favorite place to shop for my home goods and repair needs. I have tried other places, one I was in, was so big that when I looked for someone to help me, there was no one around. At Home Depot, that hasn't been a problem. You will find Home Depot people who are friendly and helpful. I get good directions, making it easy to find what I am looking for and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Very unfriendly workers . wasted time to find a store employee to help me .When I did, they were so rude , They are not happy to be there and not happy or trying to do their job.

they have cheerful people working for them, if you need help at any station they are there, except if you want some advice to redo your kitchen and advice, these they can really look at because they are loosing out, i can go to other home depot and give them the business , which i had, but it seems that they are cutting back hours, so do i lose, no, they do and a different contractor gets the job.i always like shopping at home depot, it's good for picking up tools , paint, lighting , plants, but for redoing in the home not so good, i hope in that they will correct this and see the consumer as an asset.

Carl had a great knowledge of the store inventory and helped me find the best products to finish my project. I have shoped in many home stores throughout the US and Carl was the best associate I have ever encountered. Please pass along my appreciation for such a great staff member.
