Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by manager will not come out if you have a problem Received a 1 day sneak peek from Garden Club stating EVERYTHING I needed for 4th of JUly. Took time out of my travels to take advantage. Store would not honor text to me on my phone. Neither would Homedepot.com. No way to reach Garden Club that sent text to me. Homedepot.com can access emails but not text messages. Manager would not get up and come talk to me. Employee had to take pic of my text with her phone and take to him/her who could not be bothered to come talk to me June 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looking for item, employees no help I drove 25 miles, came in to look for specific item listed on home depot site. I asked assistance from 3 separate employees to locate the item, none of which were helpful. I found item on my own after 30 minutes of searching . Spoke with a manager who could only say they had new employees and needed improvement. June 16, 2016
