Four different employees helped me purchase drywall and screws, and load up my van. They were AMAZING! Incredible service....fast, friendly and easy.

Had difficulty ordering online. Living in Indiana and having Christmas present delivered to father in Montrose Colorado. Called store directly and spoke with amazing lady that was able to process order. One of the most pleasant store employees I’ve ever spoken with. Wish I got her name. Item was delivered today even earlier then expected. Thank you Montrose Home Depot!!!

Found everything I needed for a small shed project quickly and easily. JP and Brett at the pro desk always help me out!

Generally like this store for ease of finding what we need and nice people. Especially appreciate how nice folks are about stopping to chat with our dog, Elvis. I go out of my way to go here because of that.

GREAT STORE...........In doing a lot of comparison shopping , I usually find what I need at a lesser or comparable price. Lumber quality is a little inconsistent , since the inventory moves so quickly.

This Home Depot is one of the best I have shopped at and I am pleased to have it has a local option for all of my work and home needs. The staff is well experienced and so friendly which can be harder to find in big city stores. This is my toy store!

Well Montrose Home Depot is a 50 mile one way trip for us; but is well worth the time and the money and the service they provide and everything that we could ever need around our home. They carry almost everything that we have ever needed especially that which we could not find or purchase locally. Staff are fine and helpful and give good information on products that we are considering with straight forward answers. As far as the store itself we've always found it neat and clean with all the the outfit deals in ie. home improvement supplies!

I have been using Home Depot for 30 years and am satisfied with the products and customer service.

We found the products we wanted but we needed help to load 5 80 pound bags of cement into our truck. The checker said she notified someone to meet us in the loading area. No one ever showed up to help. One employee walked past us, but when we asked for help, he kept on going. We finally loaded them ourselves. Not at all happy about that lack of customer service.

Clean, clean store, aisles are mainly clear from displays, well merchandised. Has been consistent and clean through the Covid issue.

I would like to say the man (ex teacher) in the paint department was one of the better people in your store he stands out at being helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I wish I could say that for all of your employees, MOST of them but sadly not all.

The Montrose store, although smaller than many other Home Depots throughout the country, has been one of the best because of the personal service we get from associates. In particular, Kim and Shawtel in the tile area and Danny, one of the managers of the store. They are exceptional at solving problems and going the extra mile. Without these folks, we wouldn't be as loyal to this store! We appreciate the personal service and extra help we get from those folks.
