The associates seem to spend more time avoiding customers and not making eye contact than helping. Some of the cashiers have no personality, manners or seem to not like being a Home Depot employee based on their attitude and demeanor. Some fail to greet you and most don't say thank you for your purchase. I guess they don't realize Lowes is not that far away. I drove 20 + miles to the Home Depot on Southside Blvd, so that I could be served with some respect and where customer service would be better...and it was. I ordered cabinets through that location instead of the Lem Turner location 2 1/2 miles away from my home. Its a shame to have to drive 20 plus miles further to the same business establishment.

I'm happy with the selection at Home Depot, and this store has always had what I needed and is conveniently located for me. Today though, I really enjoyed my shopping there. I asked Vic, one of the associates to help me come up with ideas for materials to modify a hand cart. He was good natured when I hummed the tune of Jeopardy while he thought. While I browsed, he walked all the way across the store to garden to see if anything seemed to meet my need. Good day. Great service!

Was able to get help in the electrical department, the associate was very knowledgeable about the part I needed, also the cashier was very upbeat and very helpful.

THE PRO ASSOCIATE TOM, ALTHOUGH KNOWLEDGIBLE, VERY UN-ORGANIZED. HE DOESNT KNOW WHEN TO STOP TALKING AND HOW TO TEND TO ONE PERSON. SO RUDE. IT WAS AS IF HE WAS AFRAID TO LOSE A SALE IF HE DIDNT TALK TO THEM. I CAN GET BETTER SERVICE FROM A BAD MCDONALDS VISIT.
