ALL EMPLOYEES HELPFUL AND FIND HELP IF NEEDED TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS

I have waited for a long time for customer service in other stores. But in home depot yesterday, Austin, Kaleb and Chris were very kind! Austin lead me to the material I need and then with Chris and Austin, we together designed and then make it together. I've never met better staff than them.

Very friendly staff with great customer service.

I will go back every day if I needed. It clean the people are happy which makes me feel comfortable being there

This is the best Home depot in the area. It's a little further away from my home but the people in this store make the extra miles worth it.

Store was clean, associates were very helpful and friendly! Spencer was the associate that helped us look for a giant toolbox in a box. It was very close to closing and he was still very helpful and friendly. Although we were not able to purchase exactly what we wanted, we were given many resources to get what we wanted ordered from the website and have it shipped. Thanks, Spencer!

I've shopped at this Home Depot for years. I've never had an issue and usually just in for what I want and out to the truck and home. The people are always friendly and always helpful. Like all business the help situation has been up and down... sometimes it's easy to find someone to help you, sometimes its harder.... Overall, I've never had a big issue getting help. My last trip into that store was to resolve an issue. An issue that was "customer service" and not an issue for any error and wrong done me by that store. The manager in charge did NOT have to help me out... yet, he did. Never really a question and never really did he ask me why I wanted what I wanted... He just did it and fixed me up. That went a long way for me, and I could not be more happy and glad that over the past 35 years, I've given The Home Depot my home and garden business. Great job NRHills store. Thanks for all the help.

A store associate in the key area (Mark) was extremely helpful in rekeying locks and instructing me on how to rekey my own Kwickset Smart Key locks previously purchased from this store. Mark assisted me two days in a row and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable or friendly person to assist me. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!!!

Products are always easy to find or someone is quick to help us. The lawn and garden department is so good to help us when we are needing information concerning planting. Our experience in the paint department is always helpful and they always do their best to make it a good experience.

There is actually a closer Home Depot to us than the one that we went to. According to the internet, this store had more than enough of the tiles that we wanted. The woman working flooring was also helping with another area. She was doing so because the person in the other department was at a funeral. I can easily understand and forgive this. There was one person before us. When she realized that it was going to take a while with the other woman, she asked for her boss to help us. He was very helpful. They couldn't actually find the tiles that we wanted and the grout color was out but we were wanting the items shipped to the house any way. He had all the sku numbers and amounts ready for the cashier so that we could pay and schedule delivery. I was impressed with the customer service!

I was pleased on how the assocites helped me with my project. I appreciate Azlin with her help as a cashier. Also Morgan from flooring helped out a great deal. Plus Austin from paint had a great sense of humor while helping customers out.

The store was organized very well and well stocked. Items were easy to find after asking an associate for their approximate location.

love to shop at Home Depot because of the merchandise but the assistance from employees is almost non-existant

The store was extremely clean and the aisle's were clear. The shelves were stocked and the employees were very helpful in getting my order together. The cashier was extremely helpful.

This is not the best-equipped Home Depot around, but has some of the most helpful Employees I've run into within the stores I've been in. Very helpful and caring folks for the most part.

I LIVE WITHIN 2 MILES OF HOME DEPOT SO WHEN I NEED IDEAS OR SUPPLIES FOR MY PROJECTS IT IS VERY HELPFUL TO BE CLOSE. THIS HOME DEPOT IS GREAT WITH RENTALS AND LAWN AND GARDEN CENTER HAS MANY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES. EVERYONE AT CHECK-OUT IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. I HAVE SHOPPED HERE SINCE STORE WAS OPENED.

I go here often. I know many faces. The ones who know me are always happy to see me and sometimes call me by name. I appreciate their help when I need it.
