Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by In and Out! I went to the Home Depot in NE DC and I was pleasantly surprised to have so many helpful sales associates and all the materials I needed. The store was busy yet I was able to gather the things I needed and quickly checkout and exit the store. August 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Management is Awesome I know this store has had lower customer reviews in the past, but that is changing and fast. Managers and associates have gotten the word and are there to help YOU. They are friendly and seem more knowledgable about the store and how to find things than ever before. They also seem extremely knowledgable about more of the building trades and are able to help you understand more options for what is possible. Was personally helped by Chico (a store manager I believe), and not only was it useful, but I now know and like him as a person. Chico, thanks for helping to re-create the neighborhood feel in NE DC! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful staff, and had everything I needed! I walked in and was greeted by a Home Depot staffer, asked where flooring was and she directed me to the right area, asked another staffer for help and they were very efficient and clearly know their job well. Both staffers were women, and I have to say I far prefer it - I have been treated so patronizingly in other home improvement stores by male staff, and it is beyond annoying. Great to have a good balance in the workforce!! July 2, 2016
