Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great store experience I can always find what I want very easily, store is easy to get arouund June 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It could've been better. The store appears to be well-stocked but the associates seem blissfully unaware of customers; either not knowing or not caring that not all who come into the store are professionals construction. The store looks more like a lumber yard; not especially clean. The shelves of the item that I was looking for were blocked by a stockers scaffold. I had to step inside the frame of the scaffold in order to retrieve the item I wanted. June 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great employees Customer service is outstanding at this store. The store is clean and the garden shop has a large selection June 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Store, Convenient This is one of the few places near downtown Washington, D.C. where you can get home improvement supplies. Whether it's during a snow storm when you need sand to put down over the ice or whether it's in the spring and you need new plants, this story has been a life saver for me many times. The prices are competitive. In fact, the prices are usually better than neighborhood hardware stores that tend to charge more because there aren't a lot of hardware stores within the city limits. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Motivated employees make a difference The in-store staffers are great. I got help right away. I asked for an item that wasn't on the shelf. The employees kept looking until they found it. I called before I drove to the store. That experience wasn't as productive. I wasn't 35 minutes on the phone, on hold and having to call back. I really needed the item I bought and that was the reason I visited in spite of getting mixed messages and inadequate help on the phone. I wouldn't visit this location after dark but I would visit during the daytime. April 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nursery Well stocked Although they did not the bird food that I came for, the associate was able to tell me which stores had it in stock. May 20, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly cashier, bad customer service The only reason I visit this homedepot is because the bulbs are cheap and it is only in DC stores. Other than that this store is not good and friendly. May 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent store experience My store experience was exceptional starting with the cashier that I asked,"where can I find quick setting/leveling concrete?". He was very concise and familiar with the products in question. A most pleasurable short time purchasing 10 bags of concrete and other materials. In and out in less than 25 minutes. This was amazing May 2, 2016
