    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 287 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Angry cashier Today, September 3, 2016, an angry cashier threw my merchandise from the checkout counter after I asked whether she planned to return to take payment from me and other waiting customers. She had left the counter leaving the light on, so I -- and others -- simply wanted to know whether she would return to the counter, at which point she had her "tantrum." I advised the Store Manager on duty as to what transpired and encouraged her to review any available videotape that would have captured the incident. September 3, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Has everything for your house and yard/garden I love this store, and the fact that it is located within DC, but there is much to be desired. The clutter is almost unbearable. Check out the newer DC Lowe's and tell me the difference. However, I've found the employees to be decently friendly, some of them VERY knowledgeable, and helpful.
