New to town but experienced with Home Depots in New York and Vermont. I have had three first class visits. Clean store, and staff that is nearby, and reads when you have a need. They are genuinely helpful and every step of the way pleasant to work with.

This location shines above all. Capable management who put their heart and soul into their work. Smart advertising, capable Associates, very efficient cashiers, merchandise is reasonable and carefully checked by the stockroom employees. Always greeted with sincere appreciation when I POP IN ANY TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT.

This store is amazing. I highly recommend this Home Depot store.

The employees are nice and helpful

0385 is my favorite depot. The Associates receive excellent training, the cashiers get me out at a rate of speed I am comfortable with. The aisles are clear thanks to the stock personnel, and over all everyone has a smile for me when I APPROACH THEM. They work as a team when need be and assist me so I can not waste time. My mission is get back to my many job sites in order to reve up my employees for that day. 0385 is just a few minutes from my home, work and job sites. I am in heaven and visit at least 4 days each week.

Went to the Home Depot on Earhart Expwy in New Orleans . I had a great experience , the store was clean and neat . However , the customer service was exceptional . The store assistant got me to the items and product i required . He was efficient and knowledgeable .

The store is my favorite due to close proximity from my home office and job sites. The aisles are always clear i the early part of the day when I usually enter. Good solid staff who know their stuff. Most everyone is sharp, courteous and ready to engage with me immediately. My family also shops the Claiborne depot, especially one of my sons who works with me.

When I arrive at the Depot in the early morning, the employees are alert, readying the store for the day's business. I always receive a warm hello and the Associates engage with me immediately. From the stock personnel to the cashiers to the managers, everyone is well trained and serious about their work. Seldom are they out of merchandise. I feel confident discussing anything that relates to my job sites and everyone is interested in the job sites we discuss. Naturally at those early hours the aisles are manicured and the merchandise is displayed well. This time spent starts off my work day on an upbeat note.

I'm electrical contractor who shops in the store on a weekly basis sometimes 3 times a day parking is easy the push buggies are always available in the front the owls are clean and the electrical service department is always willing and helping for any questions or help me to find things the cashiers as well are polite and respectable and helpful

Always treated with respect, everyone is pleasant and engaged in my sales, big or small. Store was immaculate which is par for the course.

The store always has everything I need for a project.

I cannot stress enough the cooperation when I return merchandise for credit.. The team springs into action, senses my urgency, helps me in every way they can and gets me out quickly. By evening the store is undone, but I notice, most of my returns are easily placed back on the correct shelf. in other stores the goods are set down in one place and restocked later,

I love this home depot! On my recent visit I needed some large pieces of lumber cut down so I could fit it in my car, and the associate who helped was very prompt and friendly! Thanks!!!

The staff knows when to approach me and when to leave me alone. Why not, I shop at #0385 DAILY. If I am contemplating a big order for my many job sites, I give them the 'high sign' and they join me to complete the task. We all work as a team and the cashiers finish up.

This is my number 1 store. I get the best service here and I value their opinions when solving problems. Theyae all on my wave length. They strive to help me get in and out as fast as possible so I can save time and money. Everyone from the cashiers to the stock boys take care of my needs effectively.

I came in late in the day, the staff was tired, but they perked up and came to assist me with a big order. They sensed I was tired and in a hurry to get home, so the usual staff jumped into action to satisfy my needs. All of the employees were pleasant, we laughed and joked and finished my order quite fast. Got home on time for dinner.

Got great service here especially from Rogers in the plumbing department. He was very gracious and kind and willing to help!

Always receive excellent service at this location

Came in for a few items today. It doesn't matter if I buy a lot or a little, I am treated respectfully and seriously by the friendly personnel. They go out of their way if I buy one item or 10 items. The cashiers top off the order by getting me in and out as fast as possible since they are used to my fast paced regimen. I am trying to save time and money for the company. The Depot does both and I love the place and personnel. By the way the store is usually very clean in the wee hours of the morning and I love it because I value clean lines and super service. Amen.

When I need several items for my many job sites, the Depot is the only place I shop. The personnel are well trained in their fields. They act professional, ask relevant questions, listen carefully and give opinions when specifically asked. The cashiers are efficient and always try to help me by getting me checked out quickly. The stock guys are great and save me a lot of time. I applaud the managerial team who maintains decorum at all times. This Depot saves me time and money which are 'KEY' to my business. The fact that my home and place of business are minutes away from 1100 S Claiborne.

To return merchandise is never a hassle for me. It happens less often because I am so familiar with this store and their personnel that everyone knows how to get me in and out so that hopefully I WILL BUY MORE.

At 11:00 AM THE STORE WAS STILL NEAT. Since I shop the depot daily and have for many, many years, I am very aware of the placement of merchandise. In no time I checked out myself. What a great feeling it is for me to get back to my job sites with the merchandise the men need for that day.

You guys never fail to help me out. Everyone is so patient and sweet there. THANK YOU

This is the difference between #0385 and other stores: i had to return some merchandise and get the new items to my job sites as fast as possible. My Possee sprang into action and helped me gather up about 7 new items, got me out in record time so as not to penalize my workers

When I walk into #0385, i KNOW THAT I WILL FIND WHAT MY EMPLOYEES NEED, THE PRICES WILL BE FAIR, RETURNS WILL BE MINIMAL, THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO GET ME OUTFITTED AND OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.

This home depot is actually in my old neighborhood. I am so proud to see the revitalization of this store. It has given many people jobs and it has uplifted the community in a positive way. This store has provided building materials for many houses in the neighborhood. Way to go Home Depot!!!!!

I bought two ceiling fans yesterday. I also went back today to buy an additional fan. What makes this particular store so outstanding is their high level of Customer Service! Friendly and knowledgeable sales and service people provided you with the information you needed to find the products you wanted. It was fast, efficient...... and it was an excellent experience. Yes, the people who waited on me loved their jobs........and they made it easy for me to shop and find exactly what I wanted. Great store!!!

Whenever I walk into this Depot, I am greeted and either shown or taken to desired area. I JOKE AROUND WITH THE PERSONNEL WHO USUALLY TEASE ME ABOUT SOMETHING, LIKE BEING IN A HURRY. The Associates are engaging and assist me when I am unsure about something, the Stockers find items which are not visible to me, or are new. and the cashiers get me in and out as fast as possible. This store is minutes away from my home, job sites, and office. I've got it made in the shade.
