Horribly rude staff. Not helpful at all. Treated people differently according to their skin color. I am furious that I had to buy stuff there. I will never shop there again.

Staff pleasant & efficient w safety measures. I went for plants & even tho I didn’t find all I wanted, I’ll go back- deliveries are sporadic & in past years usually eventually found what I wanted

Too many people were not wearing protective face masks. Going to your store LITERALLY is putting my life in YOUR hands. That ain't goin to happen again cause I am not going to shop at your store anymore

Management should be replaced entirely at this store. There should always be at least two customer service associates and a few others in the store cross trained to do returns/ online orders/ phones. Twice in a row I've had the cashier ring something up wrong and it takes 15-30 minutes to get it fixed because there is one poor employee at customer service. Meanwhile there are 5 employees within 20 feet not doing anything because it's "not my department " . A previous trip I waited 45 minutes to get a router bit unlocked by a manager. Hardly anyone seems to care at all at this store, I've been dozens of times and always have a terrible experience.

I am very pleased with the entire experience at this particular Home Depot.. I would highly recommend it to any and all customers who require this type if establishment.

I love this store! The employees are friendly, sometimes it's slow finding help but when the help arrives everything is all good.

I was impressed by the floor associate Brian D., Sr. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about screws, bolts and the metric system. We needed a set of 16 and a different set of 48. He converted metric to US standard, at our request. Also he recommended we purchase Loctite threadlocker to secure the nuts. When we got home, we were able assemble cart quickly without any difficulty.

I've been into this Home Depot multiple times and usually leave unimpressed. This is definitely the worst Home Depot I've been to as far as customer service goes. At my last visit I presented a lower price on my item from homedepot.com and they refused to honor it. If this is Home Depot policy that is bogus, if not then it was just poor customer service. Either way, I would not recommend this Home Depot and I will likely not return myself. I guess I shouldn't have expected much better seeing it is a store in Milwaukee.

MOD on 11-6-2019 was Brian. his customer service, attitude and lead by example, were what you would expect from management. Brian should be commended for the work he is doing to improve the HD north shore. The associate Brandon who suggested I seek out for the rekey I needed was courteous and helpful with my key copying needs Many thanks TG contractor from the north shore

Worst customer service of any Home Depot in Milwaukee. Employees hanging out talking and joking but no one asks if you need help and if you ask them for assistance they are not helpful or friendly. Took me 25 minutes to get someone to cut a board for me, early on a Saturday when they were not busy at all. I literally had to call the store from inside the store to see if someone could help me - could not get to a manager. Oh and the store is a mess. I will drive another 30 minutes further to the Grafton Store next time.

Returns area is understaffed but the people working there are the best. Hard workers. Sharon handled my complex transaction and never lost her cool.

Home Depot is usually where I shop when I need household items or tools. I find they carry good products at very competitive prices. This particular store had the item I needed. The employee who assisted me in finding the item seemed a bit slow. It was not a serious inconvenience.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean store generally well stocked, room to move carts in aisles. This is our first-choice location for Home Depot. This store's staff has helped us remove stuck pipes, find the right tools, match paint. We need more experienced staff in Doors and Windows, so we don't buy that here. Also, the color-matching machine in Paint seems to be down a lot, and some product was out-of-stock at the store for the Labor Day sale. But we were successful, thanks to the knowledgeable staff, finding workarounds for what we needed, and knowing what they did have in stock that we could find a color in. The paint quality is top, their Porch and Floor, and Behr Marquee exterior are the best. We get supplies for everything from home repair to arts and crafts projects here.

The self checkout credit card readers have not been functional for at least a month. Hand written signs tell you to insert card 3 times and after its denied each time you are supposed to swipe card which still does not work. Employee's suggestion is to rescan everything at a different machine. Management knows but has not fixed.

If you go in person & need help finding anything, good luck. I have waited 15-20 minutes AFTER having someone paged to dept. If there is a problem with your order you will get 4 or 5 different explanations. Store Manager, Jeff, neglected to tell me I needed to get a permit for a dishwasher installation, after telling me I had to get a plumber for it due to village regulations. Since I ordered online (to avoid the poor instore service) I was not informed of this requirement. I was told I should have gotten an email informing me, I did not. The plumber they arranged for didn't call to set up a time, just showed up & wouldn't wait 15 minutes for me to return home. Tried to scam me for double the cost of the permit, too. My refund for installation was decreased by $9 for "tax"! Since when is a refund taxed!? Manager still hasn't called me back about it 2 days later.

The credit card machines have been broken for 3 months. The self-checkout has most of it's lanes closed. If you order online, DO NOT PICK IT UP AT THIS STORE. It will be quicker to drive 15 minutes to another Home Depot store.

Poor staffing and those working there are more interested in chatting with fellow employees then helping customers. Minimal check out lanes open. For prices changed the service is horrible.
