Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One Stop Shop We're always happy with Home Depot. The only improvement or recommendation that I have is in regards to the lawn and garden section. I had to purchase my pH meter on amazon as well as some of the nutrients and planting medium for my tomatoes. No complaints really, but you have the department with a large selection of lawn and garden supplies, just never anything I need. so I am forced to shop elsewhere for that. August 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by fast in and out didn't like associates speaking Spanish and laughing in front of English speaking customers. otherwise good experience August 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by positive and friendly store experience customer service was positive, helpful and easy to find. A staff member helped us with cutting wood and they seemed happy to do that. All staff were friendly and helpful from entering the store to leaving with our purchases. August 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very helpful Very helpful I receive from cashier Charlene. She help me my 8 large bricks into my car. When nobody else was available. I am a senior citizen. Thank you Charlene again. Great JOB! August 11, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service Lacking There are plenty of employees on the floor to assist but SOME have really poor attitudes and/or lack basic customer service skills. Ex: They do not greet you or acknowledge you; They walk off from the register without explanation or apology when they return; They don't thank you for your purchase nor ask if you found everything you needed and/or need help with anything.
