This store had many friendly employees throughout the store ready to assist if needed. This is a much older Home Depot store and could use a major upgrade. This store also feels very small compared to others. I would think that the Ocala market is large enough for a newer and larger Home Depot.

Trying to find plants in that store is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They claim they have stuff and then you go in there and they dont. I have shopped there for a long time off and on , hoping that things would be different, BUT of course it has NOT changed.

Home Depot does not live up to my expectations. I do find most employees are polite and helpful. I also find that Home Depot's delivery service is bad and trying to get a refund can be an overly taxing process.I would rather give a good review but except for some very helpful employees I can not.

I love this store, is clean and friendly people. Is a pleasure to be there!!!

I have been all over Florida working and I visit over 18 different stores also one in Atlanta GA and one in Los Angeles CA and none one have the service and customer service. In the Ocala store the good customer service is all over the store in all department including you I have return any items. I know our population in this aria is very nice and that make a deferent the management can fiend good peapol to work.

Joann cashier was very nice..Paint dept was also very helpful..

David was phenomenal! The young cashier helped me look for firewood and also offered me a chance to save 25 dollars. He was sweet and kind. I was close to never shopping at home depot, but I'm willing to come back just because of him.

Bill Jackson in the garden center was knowledgable, friendly, and patient with all my questions.

In my 3 years of going to this HD, today was just amazing. From customer service, through tools and plumbing, and even checking out - all just top-notch employees - all smiling, helpful, and truly nice. Great Experience!!

Store in itself is good or above average. But if you do not change with the tide, you are going to get washed out with the tide. Please, tell your people, DO NOT EVER, EVER, ATTEMPT TO ILLEGALLY DETAIN ME. If your cashier, Janet, had such a problem with me loading my supplies, then she should have refused to ring me up until she was sure of what I was purchasing. If you do not want me to load my supplies before I make my purchase, then put a sign out there that states such. IE' "please pay prior to loading". It's not rocket science.

Store was well stocked, Staff was helpful and directed me to exact location of what I needed. Team is more helpful then other big Stores

Don't even think of getting any assistance. If you know exactly what you need, and do not require any assistance whatsoever, and you know where the item is located, it's great. But don't expect any help. Even if you do get help, chances are the person you are talking to is not from that department, so don't expect them to be knowledgeable. Oh, they claim to have been in such and such business for 20 years or whatever, but all in all, most of them do not know what they are talking about and are useless at best, so don't even try. Just accept the fact that you have to know what you are looking for, you have to know where it is at, and you have to read the directions on the label, because even if you do get somebody, what they tell you and what is on the label, are generally two different things. This is just my personal experience. Other people might think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. I don't. No need to get frustrated, just accept it for what it is and move on ... NEXT

For me is the best home depot in the aria and I have been in 11 home depot in Florida in the last 10 years in Miami FL, Boca Raton FL, PC Fl. Gainesville FL, Jacksonville FL, the Village FL and Ocala Fl.

the store is very clean and everyone always ask if you need help even before you ask

Store has plenty of product and is usually neat and clean. If you need any kind of help though you will have to go elsewhere. Employees avoid customers as much as possible, they will walk the long way to avoid going near a customer. They also dislike helping outside of the area they are assigned that day , this would be fine if they found a person to help who is working that area but They prefer to just say , it’s not my area .

Associate are amazing

All the employees at this store are friendly and very helpful. Escpecially Janet who works the cashier in the Lumber Dept and Terry Lakeram in Appliances. Also everyone in the Lumber Dept are very nice and helpful.

I LOVE THIS STORE, IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE HAD ONE ON SILVERSPRIGS SIDE OF TOWN!

Bill Jackson was very helpful and friendly. It's too bad you don't honor my husband's veteran status which is designated on his license. For that reason we usually shop at Lowe's.
